9:40 is the Borga injury. He picks Rick up outside the ring and collapses.
Will always wonder what would have become of his WWF career had he not gotten hurt.
He was still being pushed pretty damn hard. Would he have lost that revenge match against Tatanka or maybe they do some double disqualification to protect both guys?

I liked Borga. Damn shame his career was cut short. He had a great look for a wrestler, but he was just awful in the ring. I had a VHS tape of a New Japan show where he was wrestling Big Van Vader, gassed after a few minutes and Vader had to motivate him to continue with the match.

I agree his in ring work wasn't anything to write home about but man if he didn't play the evil foreigner character to a tee. I loved the squash match he had at SSlam 93 over Jannetty.

I was even more disappointed in him after how easy he lost to Randy Couture in UFC13. Thought he was a legit tough guy.

I remember watching this Rumble years ago.
I wanna say Yokozuna slips when running at Tatanka to give him the leg drop and like squashes Tatanka's face/head when coming down.

Nice. Finally got to watch this. Never seen it before. Still odd to watch a wrestling event without announcers. I still prefer the actual PPV event. Out of all of the new generation rumbles (1993-1997) I think 1994 was the best. Four really good matches and the rumble was well done. The only problem I had with it was the co-winners. Either Luger or Bret should have won outright. If they still wanted the double main event thing at WM10, they could have declared a winner the night of the rumble to give the fans a good finish and the next night on Raw they could have said that on further review they could not determine which man actually won the match so they are going to do the double main event at Mania. Anyway, as for the 1994 rumble, you had a great continuation to the Bret/Owen feud, Diesel got his shining moment with all the elimination, the start of the HBK/Diesel split, the continuation of the Razor/Shawn feud to set up the Mania 10 match, the questions as to whether Bret or Luger would be able to make it to the rumble, and the spot with Shawn and Marty giving a nod to their long running feud. Overall a very well done PPV. Also, I might be the only one, but I liked DiBiase and Vince on the commentary, I think they worked well together.

I agree as well. I enjoyed DiBiase's brief run in the booth.
