Does she know about wrestling? I honestly don’t know if she’s been involved besides being married to a wrestler.

"Female perspective"
Can't tell if that's the line WWE used or just that writer. Yuck.
How about the WWE just hires good writers and ignore what's between their legs?

If she turns out to be good at it, I don't see the harm in taking a chance. Who knows? For all we know, she could have great wrestling knowledge and know exactly how to write storylines. Until someone is given a chance, nobody knows if they'll be any good. Doesn't she still write blog posts with her thoughts on weekly WWE programming? Sounds like she's a fan. Sure, it's a really random hiring (at least from an outsider's perspective), but I'm open to seeing if she improves the product.
And let's be honest, it's not like the bar set by the current creative team is high at all. Creative on the main roster has been absolutely abysmal since 2016, apart from WrestleMania seasons of course.

What can it hurt? Everyone was complaining how bad things were. WWE has changed things up behind the scenes, and people are still complaining. So I'm willing to give it some time.

Inb4 Sonya gets written off because "Queering doesn't make the world go around".

I will say that if the creative ideas of the widow of The Ultimate Warrior are what starts improving the show it will be one of the most surprising and unexpected things to me so far in 2019. lol

I doubt even Shakespeare himself could come up with something more genius than Lacey Evans walking up and down the ramp every week.

Eh, i doubt anything will worsen more or get any better with her on the team, so lets wait and see what she actually does.

I question the judgement of anyone who could stand to be in the same room as Warrior Warrior -- or whatever crazy name he gave himself -- for longer than 5 minutes.

How about this, none of you know anything about her other than her name and that she’s Warriors wife, so sit the f*** down.
You don’t know where she went to school, what for, or anything. She probably knows more about the inner workings of WWE than anyone here. Hell, you people don’t even know who all the creative members are and your crucifying her just because you’ve seen her before. I just can’t imagine anyone on here knowing enough about her to make a judgement on her creative skills. Is there anyone here that can back up their claim further than you don’t like the way she looks or her speeches at a completely irrelevant to the situation Hall of Fame? Didn’t think so.

Relatives of wrestlers that most likely know stuff about wrestling are far more suitable than Hollywood writers that know nothing about it.

I won't blame people for being surprised at least. In the end though, the last time a famous Superstar's widow decided to join the show we ended up with one of the best natural heels in the business that gained more true, natural heat than arguably anybody today in Vickie Geurrero so why not lol.

Would've rather seen them pick up Madison Rayne for the creative team. She was responsible for one of the best stories the KOs ever did (Allie/Maria), and she had been released by ROH before re-signing with Impact.
As for Dana Warrior... I don't see her making any kind of notable difference, but I guess we'll see. I do chuckle at people acting like she's more qualified than other writers just because she was married to Warrior (mainly after his career was over at that) and WWE uses her as a PR piece. At best she's on equal footing.

Hard to say if this is a good or bad move, but might as well give her a chance. WWE is sorely in need of having female writers for the women's division and maybe this is the first step toward them hiring more.
