Ugh. I went to a store like that recently but luckily the shipper appeared right after. I mean, they didn't have any of the figures i needed on the shipper but it was a start! Good luck that something surfaces soon!

I mean empty is better than pegs full of Cass, swanns and other basics and elites stuck on many Walmart shelves

Glad Mattel finally realized that John Cena figs work way better as exclusives...

I mean empty is better than pegs full of Cass, swanns and other basics and elites stuck on many Walmart shelves I mean, not really .. because that at least means that your store at one time got in some new figures. My store never has anything (and I live just outside of a decently-sized city). I think I've bought one elite from there in the past 3-4 years (Kurt Angle from a few series ago). This store never got one single Flashback figure when that line was out. Had to share the picture of the display because it cracked me up. They recently moved the WWE section to this other, smaller section in the very back end of the store and it always looks like this.

At least Sasha won the last figure standing match.
But honestly, that hurts to look at. As a kid, i'd sometimes have bad WWE sections in stores but thankfully nothing like this.

The real bummer is that I live like two blocks away from what used to be a Toys R Us. I used to go there 3-4 times a week and had plenty of success stories there. Ever since TRU went away my area has become a ghost town for figures -- epitomize by this picture.

I would think theres a reason why certain stores dont carry much product, and thats because they dont shift much product, surely?

Good news is that if you collect peg hooks you'll never be disappointed at Walmart.

I would think theres a reason why certain stores dont carry much product, and thats because they dont shift much product, surely? I’m still trying to figure this out. The store nearest me is pretty much a figure wasteland. If/when there’s a shipment, it doesn’t last more than 3-4 days...and that includes, like, Fandango and what not. I used to think the store was lazy but the department manager said she orders the product and people are waiting for the trucks at midnight. I guess she’s right. I’d hate to think Flashback 3’s made it to my area but were gripped up before they literally saw the light of day. People in my are don’t let figures hang around too long. Then again, maybe the store is lazy and only orders a small amount. I know nothing about the retail world but if the product moves, order more of said product. And that manager didn’t appear to be particularly knowledgeable about the different lines of toys in her department. Can’t blame her as it’s just a job. If the WWE section getting stocked is solely on her and it’s empty aaaalllll the time, she doesn’t think twice about it. Must be low priority. But, there it is. I still don’t know if the chicken or the egg came first. The only thing I can say, personally, is that the only store that provides Race and Backlund doesn’t carry it and doesn’t care, my interest deteriorates. Mattel - - I wish there was a question and answer session you could have with the collective fan base because...what are you doing?

Yeah i can see your point, it just must be hard to find that perfect balance, between not enough and too many, I meam, it should be done centrally at the said stores distribution centre, so stores that sell well are sent more amd those that dont arent, I suppose it cant be that simple

Take a picture of the tag and bring it to customer service. Tell them you would like info or just to have it ordered. Some of these stores have a really low on-hand inventory reorder point and the system probably thinks there is a few in stock. It works I’ve done it before

I'm 90% sure we shop at the same Walmart if its outside a decent sized city, near an old Toys R Us.
I take it you frequent the Target in the area as well? At least they got Top Talent and someone finally bought the rest of NXT 3. Maybe we'll have better luck.
How depressing when I go to check the "Clearance" section at the front of the store hoping to randomly find Fan Central or Survivor Series. Both of which also never graced this store.
Now that I realize there is potentially 3 of us looking for Pete Dunne or NXT or Sherri...I'm not going to get my hopes up.

Unless the managers are trying to eliminate inventory shrink on an item with unsatisfactory sales and lots of theft
