This post is the post that will make me renew my subscription to the Network. Not sure if sarcasm... Either way, this is by far the greatest in-ring roster the WWE has ever had.

When your argument is WWE pushing their most talented stars, its probably not best to start us out with pictures of Brock & Bronda

Despite the hate for Lesnar and Rousey, I can't blame the WWE for making em World Champions.
I'm also loving the fact that Bryan is WWE Champ, Joe is US Champ, Balor is IC Champ and Revival are Tag Champs.

Just when I least expect to find a spoiler from SDL, there it is. Oh well, such is life on the internet lol. Good for Joe at least.

Yeah the best roster they’ve ever had and the worst writers they’ve ever had unfortunately.

Best roster?
How!?
Most athletic, absolutely. Most acrobatic, certainly. Best roster of professional wrestlers?
Not a chance.

Aside from Bryan, Brock and Ronda. Nobody will be talking about any of these people in 30 years time.

Not really, no. Part of that promised "change" appears to be putting the entire McMahon family on screen as (mostly) heel authority figures. That's going backwards. Asuka, Joe, Bàlor and The Revival being Champions isn't really a feather in NXT's cap considering how long it's taken them to build up kayfabe credibility on the main roster. Previous to these title reigns remember they were mostly afterthoughts. With the exception of Bàlor, the rest were mostly losing on TV, if they were on TV. I'm open to being wrong, but it seems like not much has changed. The best change we've gotten thus far is it looks like we're getting backstage segments again. They aren't good, but it's something. Best roster? How!? Most athletic, absolutely. Most acrobatic, certainly. Best roster of professional wrestlers? Not a chance. Definitely possibly the deepest roster they've had, but it's top heavy. The midcard is basically top guys slumming it. I agree it's not the best roster of pro wrestlers they've ever had. Definitely the largest roster they've had and deepest in terms of athleticism. The roster seriously lacks in characters and personality though.

To be fair, wrestling mostly lacks characters. You can blame that on the success of the Attitude Era. McMahon wants his next Austin or Rock, so they’ll be as “real” as humanly possible.

I will just blame Vince and an overall lack of innovation. Nowadays character work goes a long way with me. Little touches. Everyone's so obsessed with only workrate that everything is becoming very bland and blending together.
