So are Elite lineups only gonna have 4 different characters filled out by exclusives now? Jesus.
Seems like there has to be a story for the rerelease Rollins. It didn't go over well in E52, is it supposed to do better now? Wish they had swapped the schemes for the Balors, white on the Elite and grey on the basic. No cloth AJ shirts are starting to bum me out.
I'll plan to get a MOC ULTIMATE DELETION but the pack needed more pop to get a loose second, an actual designed Woken shirt or a fancy coat for Bray or something.
Yay a decent chance to get Monsoon and Heenan. Wish I had foresaw that before buying the FC Heenan and a Jakks Gorilla.
Mattel absolutely nailed Miz's new headscan! The former Mustafa Ali looks cool! The early Ricochet, not so much. Lashley definitely needed the longer trunks, he don't wear briefs.

Of course they screwed up Ciampa. Why the hell did they go with that torso? His original elite had it and his current body looks NOTHING like that anymore. Just flat out lazy on Mattel's part.

Seth’s elites are usually home runs, but these two look pretty bland and lazy.

I some how missed The Rock in all the excitement over Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan. I don't have a good Rock so this will be the perfect addition. Smell what the Rocks cooking indeed!

Seth’s elites are usually home runs, but these two look pretty bland and lazy. one is almost a rerelease with a new head... I love Seth figures but I’m gonna have to pass on that one |

Great showing today imo. Happy that Sarah is finally getting a figure so we can complete the Riott Squad, EC3 looks good so far though I was hoping for them to give him the Apollo Crews/ Bobby Roode torso idk I think it fits him better. Speaking of torsos the ripped cw torso would have been better for Ciampa, but the rest figure looks great. I really like that Drew especially because of the hair. Epic moments looks good, the new headscans of those series 100 basics look, great, Ricochet looks great, Gargano looks good, The new elite Miz looks fantastic, the new Ruby Riott looks good but I hope they give her a longer neck peg, Tony Neese looks good Ihope his elite is more jacked, and the BP Sasha/ Alexa looks good too. I'm very happy with all the new hand molds we are getting ever since they introduced swappable hands especially the superstar specific ones.
Btw the dioramas look awesome hope to see more pictures of them.

Why in the world would they give Heenan the exact same attire he had in the Fan Central line? So lazy... Give fans another chance at that attire? I mean, lazy Mattel putting a cloth accessory and a first time in the line Elite figure in a Battle Pack. If Monsoon had the Paul Bearer/Heyman torso, that would've been perfect. I some how missed The Rock in all the excitement over Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan. I don't have a good Rock so this will be the perfect addition. Smell what the Rocks cooking indeed! Hell yeah. The gold on my Legends 3 figure faded away, so I'm pumped they're updating the figure with hands and TrueFX. |

Elite 69 is looking to be an awesome line-up Mustafa Ali, Lashley, Ricochet 3 new debut figures. Solid line-up with the other needed updates Miz and Ciampa. A lot of nice stuff coming We should get a basic Liv Morgan to finish the basic Riott Squad. the retros are fine for what they are Diesel Hasbro is a long time coming for a lot of Hasbro fans.

Great to see new faces in the line, Monsoon I knew we would see at some point due to his close connection with Vince but Muraco is quite the shocking surprise! I didn't think he would get made as he was only around for a brief period in the mid-eighties- guess only Greg Valentine is 'too niche' be made.  Perhaps he is part of the Retro Fest line? I was looking at more pictures, from page 1, and he is set up with heenan in a backstage setting with a bunch of different wrestlers. Apparently, he and Monsoon will be a Survivor Series battle pack, I believe Braun in a raw shirt and Miz in a smackdown shirt will be another one, and Triple H in shorts and Goldberg will be in the other set. Battlepack? That sucks, but its understandable. With the store exclusive lines all gone, this is probably the best way Bill could find to get him into the line. I already have the Heenan elite, why couldn't they give him a different attire at least like you mentioned?! Here is a very simple change- dye the jacket blue, this transforms it into the same attire as Heenan's LJN figure. Hopefully these will be as easy to find as the Wrestlemania themed sets, those clog shelves for months every year here in Canada. |

Gorilla needs the bigger Heyman/Bearer torso jacket then it will be good. I honestly had no idea that was Muraco. Ill wait to see it painted but never would I have guessed it was him. Really?, the likeness is pretty good IMO even though its not painted. As soon as I saw the pic my mind immediately went to Muraco. Quite surprised to see him being made as I would think Mattel would consider him to be too niche, guess not?! Is this another Walmart main line store exclusive figure?! |
