All those options suck.
It should have been Charlotte in a rematch from last year, only this time with Asuka getting the win over Charlotte.

I want to see Asuka defend againt ludicrous odds, and win. Have her ask for the toughest matches. There's nothing I love more than seeing her go feral and berate everyone in Japanese lol

I do think WWE missed the boat on a Asuka/Charlotte rematch this year. The story writes itself and it would have given us two great women matches as opposed to one. They put all their eggs into one basket.

Since it won’t be Charlotte, I’m hoping it’s Nikki Cross.

Since the Raw women's championship is going to be a triple threat match, does that mean the Smackdown women's championship will be as well. If so, I'll go with Mandy vs Sonya vs Asuka.

Won't happen, but I'd LOVE if they brought in another well known, great women's wrestler from Japan to challenge her for one night, and have a good 15 minute match that is one of the best on the card, and have Asuka win and FINALLY give her a little bit of momentum and build off of there.
