So I am a bit curious about this. I know HBK wore his Wrestlemania X tights to the ring while managing Diesel to his IC Title victory over Razor Ramon on Superstars, but did HBK ever wrestle in those Wrestlemania X tights after his ladder match with Razor that night??
I have tried googling it, with picture search, and trying to find house show matches from 1994 online with HBK, but I can't seem to find him wearing those tights in any other matches.

Not that I have ever seen. I don't think he wore them at another PPV. However, I cannot account for House Shows or Raws (it's possible he might have worn them on a Raw or Smackdown).

He wore them on the WWF Superstars show after Wrestlemania X when Diesel won the IC Title, and he wore them on Raw too during that time, when they were on the King's Court to hype Diesel vs. Bret for the WWF Title at KOTR. But when he started wrestling again that summer, he wore just black tights with either blue heart, white heart or red heart designs.

I am nearly sure that he wore then on a 1997 Raw. I saw a photo once of him standing with Triple H and he was wearing them.

Intresting topic, really crazy how many attires he had.
Here's one, did he ever wear the entrance gear again from Survivor Series 93'? I always loved that one for some reason, but I don't recall if it appeared after that.

Well the ropes are red, white and blue and he's holding HHH by the hair and both seem to be fooling around. If you type Shawn Michaels blue attire into google images you'll see the photo. |

Smackdown didn’t exist back then. He did wear tights for a time when he returned in 2002, not sure if he wore them then. Most of his tights when he returned were either black, red or zebra patterned. He didn’t wear the WMX tights during his 2nd run or wrestle on SmackDown until 2007 and by then he changed his gear to pants. |
