I just bought E65 Nia Jax that comes with the 2 alternate heads. How do you remove the head to put the alternate head on without breaking anything?

Do it with a flair.
Seriously, maybe boil some water, place the top 1/2 of the figure in the hot water (not directly boiling) for a few minutes, pop it off and swap.

I don't have the Nia elite but I would use my usual method heat up a tub of water in the microwave for 5 minutes then dip the figure in for a couple of minutes until plastic is soft enough to twist and remove. Only dip the head and neck in though. Hope this helps.

Do they not just pop off like other toy lines with alternate heads?

If the head is made to be swapped, then it should just pop off. Just like the build a figures or Andre/Giant Machine. No boiling necessary!

If it doesn’t just pop off like the Multiverse figures with extra heads does I would say don’t force it and just heat the head with a hairdryer for a minute or two first. But I would think it just pops off like the Multiverse Ray figure

I managed to get the head of with some twisting and a little force. I didn't break anything.

My son has elite65 Nia, all 3 heads just pop on and off. That's weird yours doesn't. I would just heat up the head/neck area with a hairdryer for a minute or two and pop it right on.

I pop the heads in my mouth to heat them up then suck them off like a plastic meatball.

I wanna know why it’s socially acceptable to have severed heads in store shelves in 2019, yet in 1998 it was the rage of all parents 😂

Who didn't watch the product and assumed it was a severed woman's head with the character and thus campaigned to other parents with misinformation (although the kayfabe explanation probably wouldn't have went over any better). I think interchangeable heads of the same character would've been fine. Though, yes, I see and appreciate the joke.

If it doesn’t pop off, I recommend a hair dryer instead of boiling water. It’s easier to heat up in a concentrated area, and less chance of injury.

No hair dryer, no boiling needed. The Nia head is meant to get off, just pop it off. Don't worry, it's a bit harder first but it works.
