I've had the hardcore kane exclusive elite on display since I got it a few years back and it has literally been sitting in place most of the time, sometimes I would move the arms for poses but haven't heavily played with it or anything and now one of the shoulder joints is really loose.
What causes this? I think I seen a thread on here a few months back showing a cracked torso, I think there is rubber on the ends of the shoulder pegs? Is that what gets worn and causes the loose joints?
Also any fixes?

Wrap one of those clear rubber bands use to hold the figure on the bubble around the arm in question. Then roll it up the arm until it goes inside the shoulder housing. Once it’s in there the shoulder joint with be tight again. Personally I use the extra packs of rubber bands that the dentist gave our daughter back when she had braces, but if you dthave those those clear ones used to hold the figures in the bubble will work.

As for why they get loose, it could be anything. Even cold weather could do it (plastic contracts or whatever).

I used to use the clear bands that came with figures like PJ suggested. But then Goldust told me they had mini versions in the women's beauty care section. So I ran into Target and got a bag of these... But mine was an actual bag of 500. Which is more than I'll ever need. But for 3-4 bucks, who cares?
I've been using these and they work great.
