That just cuts off Chiko Santana from the list. He debuted in 1977 Well if I had the time, I would make the list document wrestlers to the most recent debuts, because I am nerdy like that. So there is no hard cut off. I just wanted to document who were the earliest wrestlers specifically because I find that interesting. For a long time Bruno was the earliest and he's the prize of my collection, so that's where the idea came from.

Blassie is top of the list now. Wiki says debuted 1935. He’s gonna be hard to knock off.

Wait until they make WWE Hall of Fame Legacy Wing figures featuring Frank Gotch, George Hackenschmidt, Ed Strangler Lewis and Pat O Connor available only in history museums nationwide. Collectors will still complain about not being able to find them even though they were born in the 90s.

If they ever release Hackenschmidt then he better be packed 2 per case in the regular main line.

Piper has stated it was recorded as 16 seconds and was probably used to elevate Larry in the press. He was important in the AWA and Verne was always smart about protecting the craft but still helping out the new guys get a payday.

The upcoming Mae Young began wrestling in 39-41. Apparently, there's some confusion due to lack of records. So not quite as old as Blassie, but very close.
