I already have 2 JYD and 6 Diesels from RSC. But, ordered a few extras yesterday. If they come through for only 10 a piece, pretty good and don't mind grabbing a few more. I wouldn't rely on it though as a sole source for them.

I was told by an online retailer that here in the UK series 10 should be available for pre order in September.

Found series 7 at a toy store in a Texas outlet mall yesterday - priced at something like $14.99 each Saw the same thing at a local mall. $14.99. Crazy. That Shawn Michaels was looking at me and I swear I heard him say "With the combination of my horrendous head that looks nothing like me, the ring attire they chose for me that nobody asked for and the mind boggling $14.99 price tag, I could be here until the end of time." Sheamus turned him and said "You and me both buddy, what were they thinking putting me in this line anyway?" |

One of my Targets finished their reset early and actually stocked series 8, so I got one of each, and left behind a Braun and a Jeff. They knocked them down to $9.99 too (if only that had been the price the whole way along though...feh).

Picked up a Sheamus and a Kurt Angle today at Walmart for $5 each. Last 2 they had. Also got a Braun Wrekkin Mobile for $10 on clearance. They had 2 Jordan/Angle BPs for $7 but I passed.

They really do seem genuine in their answer about the retros and the idea to take a break to start over and take a different approach. I do think we will see these tested again.

[br It's definitely possible but I'm not holding my breath. Bill said we wouldn't get any retros in 2020 at all and I believe him. That means we wont see any for 2 years, possibly a lot longer. It's also possible that, even if they are sincere, the idea will get lost in oblivion after awhile. Believe me, I really hope something happens with Retros, but I'm not holding my breath. And if I was a bettin' man then I'd probably say no, we wont see them again. Just my opinion. |

My logic going forward is that I HOPE at next years SDCC, we are told retros will be returning in 2021. I do not expect record sales from the new MOTU or GB lines. I feel like they will end up similar to the TMNT lines. A year of underwhelming sales and time to rebuild the retro concept might send things back into a good direction.

They knocked them down to $9.99 too (if only that had been the price the whole way along though...feh). Yeah, my Target reset the wwe section too. Actually went from one peg to two pegs for retros. Still not a single one out though and they haven't had any in close to 3 months now. Just proves again that the old way of relying on mass retailers to sell product are long gone. How can anyone buy stuff if it's not on shelves? At least Target isn't as bad as Walmart. Target seems capable at least of resetting a department without having it be completely empty for a month before the reset. |

Roman is worth the most, but I think even the ones that were hard to get months ago have come down thanks to RSC getting some restocks. I never saw new day rot though, never seen a single retro at a discounter. My Target did get a case or 2 of the New Day set and sold through them relatively quick before S7 came in. |

Is series 8 only at Kmart? I have only seen this set 1 time and it was at a local Kmart. I passed because they were $13.99 there and i thought u would find them at walmart later on for $10 but never did

At that point I think quite a few will be valuable. Especially moc. I also think that ones that never hit retail will be very valuable moc such as series 9 and 10 (and 8 in most places). A lot like Hasbro Series 11 because it was so short lived and not many people bought them. |

I never saw the New Day wave at retail, either at Target or Five Below...so it never even had the chance to pegwarm here. Meanwhile, Roman was undoubtedly the pegwarmer of the first set in my area. Oh, if only I had known then what I know now, I'd have bought a bunch of the Big Dog when they couldn't give him away for 5 bucks. Is series 8 only at Kmart? I passed because they were $13.99 there and i thought u would find them at walmart later on for $10 but never did Series 6 was the series that seemed to only make it to Kmart in the US. You're the first and only person I've ever seen reporting seeing series 8 there. |
