It's not as if he was screwed out of his career, his health and his own family. Money isn't everything. He wasnt. His career went on. His health was an accident, a risk he knowingly took every time he got into the ring and his family, other then Owen, it's all on them. Nobody's fault but theirs. He was able to flounder in WCW for a couple of years based on the name value he had, but his career basically ended when Vince screwed him. Not his fault. His health deteriorated because of a stroke as a result of the injury he got from Goldberg. Again, not his fault. He lost his brother in a reckless, stupid accident, which he would have been able to prevent had Vince not ed him out of his contract in the first place. Again, not his fault. He's lost most of his best friends and most of his close family members. Not to mention, having a stroke changes you mentally and physically even if you survive it. The whole "Bret is bitter" meme is pathetic.
