Drake Maverick definitely won the fans back over in my book with that speech after the fan did what he did...big ups to Maverick

Please tell me there is a line of people waiting to clobber this moron outside the precinct. I want in, I am beyond infuriated by this. I truly truly hope he got some old school wrestling justice backstage and I hope he continues to get it wherever he goes. He’s been identified. Dh Smith, Dash and Travis Brown, I have new respect for these men. My blood was boiling watching this and still is. I wish they could tie the guy to the WrestleMania stage today and let everyone take turns punching the idiot during their entrances. But that's more attention than he deserves anyway lol. I’m not kidding, the first thing I said was “feed him to fans”. I’m at home and I was LIVID over this, it really makes me mad. I don’t know Bret Hart personally or anything haha, that was totally unacceptable and precedence needs to be set that if you do this, you will be F’d up. I’m so glad Travis Brown was there because this little dork thought he’d have the upper hand in a fist fight...how’d that go for ya you little dork? Let me rush a ring surrounded by wrestlers...must’ve been one of his better ideas, thinking, oh they’ll just tackle me and kick me out. I’m so glad they pummeled him and I hope they did it some more backstage. And now that we know his name, I hope his life is a living hell. He’s from Nebraska so he’s gotta be staying at a hotel in the area. It would be a shame if people knew that

Imagine if someone like Samoa Joe or Randy Orton got their hands on this fan or someone like Roman Reigns or Kevin Owens for that matter Shinsuke Nakamura wouldve sent a knee through his skull

It’s important for everyone to realize, that guy wasn’t hit because he needed to be neutralized. He was hit because people HATED what he did. DH Smith put it best, I’ll hit you until I feel like stopping.

If the HOF becomes a closed event, this guy will be hated forever by the community. And then some. It should probably be a closed event anyway. Wrestling crowds can be bad enough at actual wrestling shows - when someone is giving a heartfelt speech about their career and drunk idiots can’t help seeking attention by screaming nonsense, it’s just awful. Although the DX speech would’ve been odd without a crowd.

Yes they should have it be closed to wrestlers only and or if you want to include the fans then you have the fans adhere to strict behaviors in the sense that there is no alcohol served at all or fans are searched at the door before they come in. Any sign of what happened last night...if it happens again that fan whoever tries to attempt it again is banned from WWE events for life. Simple.

pretty brutal. I don’t understand some of the sad people out there.
I’m not a big supporter of violence, but if there was ever a time a guy deserved to take a few whacks...

Superstars should line up and take their turns beating the holy hell out of him...not just male superstars but female superstars too also getting their shots in on him and all stiff shots too

Y'all some bloodthirsty bastards. Two wrongs don't make a right.
Once the jerk was restrained, stop hitting him. You've crossed the line from good samaritan to vigilante idiot. Instead, let security - real security guards trained for the situation not wrestling jobbers in cheap knock off uniforms - do their job putting the guy in cuffs or zip ties, turn him over to the police, and let the judicial system handle it. A hefty fine, community service, and/or jail time will hurt the a-hole far more than any beatdown he will heal from inside of a week or two and avoids the possibility of a counter civil law suit that turns the jerk into a victim who gets paid for his ass-hattery.

I am almost convinced that the douche was paid off by Enzo and Cass because those two idiots crashed the G1 SuperCard right after. Enzo and Cass crashing the ROH show was a work. To think that Enzo had anything to do with paying a fan to crash the HOF show is just ridiculous. If they hire a known rapist, that is a horrible move on their part. And I put nothing past that scum bag.

LOL, yeah the guy deserved to get whacked by the dudes who restrained him.... but gosh some of you are such armchair tough guys.
“Oh boy let me tell you, hypothetically IF THAT WAS ME; I’d have beaten him so darn bad! I’d BETTER NOT SEE HIM IN THEM THERE STREETZ!” 🙄
Relax, it’s done and over, Bret is okay, the guy got beat and will be prosecuted.

In my opinion, the cheap shot Dash took on the guy was unnecessary. I understand why he did it, but it’s very possible WWE is going to see it in a completely different way. The guy was already restrained and no longer a threat to anyone, and he attacked a defenseless man. Not defending the guy who attacked Bret whatsoever, he should definitely be jailed, have charges pressed against him, and barred from any live event. But I really think WWE is going to see it somewhat this way. If Dash and Dawson lose their title at the PPV, I won’t be surprised. He wasn’t the only one who hit the guy? Not the mention the guy was punching back at security guards too and one was mildly injured.

Has it been revealed of what this guy’s intentions were? Attack a legends? Molest a Canadian? Hug his idol?
I’m confused. Won’t give my opinion on the aftermath, as I don’t wanna stir up any emotions.

Normally in a perfect world I would agree with you. But this isnt a perfect world. Looking at the video I dont even see security in the ring. The majority of the people that came to the rescue were WWE wrestlers & Employees. The police dont even show up until the very end and even at that point they're just casually walking to the scene. Sometimes you can wait for the police and sometimes you just need Travis Browne to be the Goddamn Batman!

Idk about y’all but I found this hilarious, it was the most entertaining part about Bret’s induction.
