A main event not reliant on any part timers. I think a good one could be Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor for the Universal title. They have great chemistry. A callback to the inaugural Universal title match as well.
How about a shorter show too? I wonder how everyone that’s not us fans feel about these marathon shows where the crowd is pooped by 10pm. Less is more
I was at Mania this past Sunday. I feel like they kind of cheaped out on the stage. It was just a big giant screen. But with them already pushing this pirate theme, I imagine the stage will be some crazy giant pirate ship.

Hope this year they at least put an ounce of originality into the set design, it contributes so much to making Wrestlemania feel special. Orlando was excellent so here's hoping they go all out again in Florida. Assuming they'll use the North end zone for the stage, I'd love to see the pirate ship emphasised heavily. Being optimistic, I'd love some kind of water feature used around the ship, with sand, palm trees and a bunch of other props like treasure chests and cannons. It would be incredibly refreshing to see a traditional set design. They would still have plenty of room for LED screens above a set in the Raymond James Stadium. Wouldn't be shocked if they just choose to use the South end and bypass the ship and go with LED screens though.
I'd have the show open with Elias (presumably as Wrestlemania host) singing, and then have him interrupted by a rising star on the roster. Elias attacks them, The Rock enters and makes the save and puts the rising star over, the Rock serenades the crowd.
As for the matches, I really like the idea mentioned above of AJ Styles vs the Undertaker, and if it's Taker's final match I'd have that end the show (with a creative send-off for Taker to end the show). I'd also go down the Wrestlemania 26 route and give AJ Styles an angelic themed attire. With the right build I think this card would provide the right amount of pure wrestling, spots, emotion, star-power and memorable Wrestlemania moments to satisfy most fans.

I really liked the legend cameos - Hogan, Hitman, Outsiders, Cena... - more of that!
I didn't mind the special guest commentators too, nowadays the normal guys do not have the fortitude to carry any show on their own (graves, young etc)
I really want the show to be SHORTER... they could make the pre-show longer like a day event... then the main show with the title matches

Solid WrestleMania-quality matches. None of this 5-7 minute matches crap.
At least a few of them. I feel Kofi/Bryan, Triple H/Batista, Miz/Shane and the Main Event were the only lengthy... and 2 of them were gimmick matches.

One of he most refreshing things on this card was lack of the old guard taking the spot of the current guys. Sure you can argue that Batista vs Triple H is a spot that could have been used for someone else but they didn’t involve any current guys. Cena had a segment with Elias which was fun, and I’m so glad that Taker wasn’t used. Thank goodness because you don’t need Undertaker anymore. You don’t need Brock anymore for that matter either. So for next year continue that trend. No more old timers. Please, it’s possible.
