That's why WWE makes no sense and I'm glad Vince McMahon went after Road Dogg until he quit....stuff like what happened here is totally avoidable.
"We need McIntyre to bail on this match so he doesn't look weak by being on the losing team"....THEN DON'T BOOK HIM TO BE ON THE
ING TEAM TO BEGIN WITH? Why did Drew McIntyre even need to be there? There are other heels they could have made be partners with The Bar!
Daniel Bryan - He took the loss the night before, being on the losing TEAM wouldn't have hurt him.
Rowan - He's just Bryan's heavy, no damage done if he takes an L
Randy Orton - losses don't hurt him at this point, especially if he's not involved in the decision.
EC3 - WWE doesn't give 2 sh*ts about him.
Harper - Why not? They'll never do anything with him.
Jinder Mahal - Again, he literally NEVER wins, so losing is right in his wheel house.
Samoa Joe - even though he's US Champ, WWE has never been shy about making him take numerous losses since he got to the main roster.
Or literally any of the members if Sanity. They are there for the sole purpose of getting beat.
So really, WWE never even should have booked Drew to be in that match to begin with. It was unnecessary and completely avoidable, since ya know, WRESTLING IS SCRIPTED.
