The kid was clearly goofing off and wasn't really going to do it since he aborted before the other dude even began to restrain him. If that happened while I was in school, kid would get a slap upside the head for being dumb at that would be that.
Now, someone's life is going to be ruined because of hyperbole and the lawyers/media who prey on it.

Imagine it was a cop not a principal...outrage would be at historic levels. Maybe it's the time we live in now, but when I was in school you could actually interact like this with them. People knew how to laugh and be cool. People are marshmallow soft these days. Edit: watched again. Yeah. Dudes trying to flex his boss muscle with the headlock takedown.
