Hello everyone, longtime lurker first-time poster. I am a quad amputee who is been collecting wrestling figures since the early LJN and AWA figures. I have a retro gaming YouTube channel where I create videogame documentaries.
I just did one on the very first WWF game which was micro league wrestling. I hope you enjoy it, please let me know what you think.

I absolutely LOVED this game (my friends all thought that it was boring). There was another expansion disk scheduled for the C64 that you could only order directly from Micro League themselves for $20: Side 1 was to have Ravishing Rick Rude VS. the Ultimate Warrior, and side 2 was to have Bret Hart VS. Mr. Perfect! I ordered the heck out of that one as fast as I could. It kept being delayed time after time, for MONTHS. Finally they sent me a disk with only Rude VS. Warrior, a letter stating that they were discontinuing the MLW series, and a refund check for $10.
The Rude VS. Warrior match ran much, much slower than the others before it, and the graphics were blurrier with a strange color palette.

I remember seeing screenshots in WWF Magazine and thinking you actually controlled the wrestlers in full motion video and wish I had whichever system this ran on. I’m sure it woulda been a huge disappointment if I ever did play it. It’s one of the few wrestling games I still have never played.
