So basically some poor guy will lose in a 30 second match. Poor guy? Two bumps for a big payday is a better deal than most folks on the show will get.

How I’d book it: Goldberg vs Roman. Early on, ref takes bump. Glass shatters and we get austin as ref. Goldberg goes for the spear, Roman moves and Austin gets hit. Roman goes for his Fist of doom and gets caught with a spear. Jackhammer. Austin is still down. Goldberg tries helping him up with no effect. Then rolls outside for some steveweisers. This boosts Austin to his feet like Popeye. Then austin says you speared me Jackass! Goldberg shrugs, but they shake hands. Austin finishes a beer while Goldberg stands Roman up for another Jackhammer, but Austin taps Goldbergs shoulder, Goldberg releases Roman with a smile as Austin presents Goldberg a beer. Goldberg sips and Austin hits a Stunner and as he spins Roman hits his spear. 1-2-3.

I like Goldberg, but I don't need to see him wrestle in 2019. It'll be a 45 second squash match against someone they've built up only for him to lose all credibility and make it worthless. Goldbergs only there for a paycheck and Vince just wants a big name so, I guess it works out for them.

I love WWE but they really need to define what is a “return” and what is a “cameo” lol. I hardly consider it a return if it’s a one match here, one match there gig. Return is what Roman did after his absence.
I’m not too excited, never really did get the Goldberg hype. He seems like a really cool guy but his collective WWE run wasn’t that spectacular.

My bet would be Rusev, maybe Corbin. Either way, its staying under 5 minutes.

I read the WWE offered him the contract so he wouldn't be tempted to go to AEW if AEW offered him one.

They asked for Ultimate Warrior and Yokozuna first...and then Macho Man Randy Savage and Dusty Rhodes. Then they asked for Hogan vs. Andre rematch. Saudi Royal Family...finger on the pulse of Sports Entertainment since...never...

If Goldberg can only do the max of under 2 minutes with Bork, there is no way he's going longer with anyone else. Enjoy the slaughter Elias.

Their company is all about giving up and coming/current stars a rise the chance they deserve. They’re not 2009/2010 TNA Hogan where they’re bringing in all the old veterans that’ll go over all the younger guys

Like everyone else I want Taker vs Goldberg as horrible as that match would be. Or Goldberg vs Reigns in a spear match.
