If that fine is 'real", that is the biggest ing joke there is. Training and that crap is fine, but to fine him that crazy amount before he even worked there is beyond ricockulous. Im more offended by little cry babies who collect list and run to Mars. Lets take money away from someone who has anger issues and hates almost everything, and he will be a changed man and everything will turn out fine. Just fire the guy, WWE you made this worse.

I don't believe this, bit if its true, Lars has a case against WWE against freedom of speech. Some of his posts were pre-NXT.

However, it is an action that can send ripple effects across the nation.

Welp. We've found who will be taking the title off of CROOKED KOFI...
Also, making a bold prediction the responses in this thread will lead to a LOCKDOWN.

Never heard of a company fining someone for actions that took place years before they were an employee.

In other news, Lara Sullivan was given a $100k call up bonus from WWE.
Seriously though, let’s say this is legit, and he is actually out of pocket $100k... who gets the money? Does WWE keep it (so McMahon is 100k up) do they donate it?
Seems like a load of BS to me, not to mention this company is off the Saudi Arabia in like 3 weeks... the company’s policy’s at this point are as laughable as the current product... (I’m pleased the workers are getting big paydays - no issue whatsoever - but the hypocrisy displayed over and over by the company is just plain sad)

I'm a bit skeptical that the fine is legit and honestly it just sounds like something WWE would say to make the punishment sting a bit more. Not that it really matters. However, I think sending Lars to sensitivity training is a good move. Obviously there are no guarantees that will truly change the way he views racism, homophobia, and sexual assault among other things, but it will at the very least give him more perspective. I'm sure he has more self restraint now but hopefully this is a lesson to other guys breaking into the industry or any industry really. I've said it a thousand times; once you put it out on the internet it's there forever. It's amazing how bullet proof people think they are with that.

The fine seems weird to me because he did all this many years ago. But the sensitivity training is a good idea.

Hogan’s probably asking Vince, “What the brother? I say one word brother in private brother. Being recorded brother, with out my knowledge brother and you fire me brother. This dude says a bunch of stuff brother and gets a fine and sensitivity training brother?”

That seems like more than his annual salary would probably be. The remarks are wrong. I agree with the training. I'd also require him to volunteer for certain charities.
But if this fine is legit, Lars should refuse to pay it and quit. That was before he was signed. WWE is responsible for doing due diligence. That's a joke.

They set a standard with Hogan by firing him for what was said in private. The guy posted all of that stuff on a public forum. Typed it out, thought it out. This could get ugly if they keep pushing him. Just have someone like Strowman destroy him and have that be the end of Lars. Vince needs to get over this big guy fetish.

I'm not going to defend what he said because that guy but I don't see how they could possibly fine him for something he said long before he was signed with them. That's a very strange response to this.

That's a very strange response to this. Just like most things wwe does in response to this sort of stuff, its a total PR move. They dont give two craps about racism being in their roster. Firing Hogan was a PR move. So is this. Its easy to see because you can tell they just want to wash their hands of it and continue with what they want to do. And to the people who say "why ruin a guys career over this?" Think of the guy who's lived a perfectly decent life who's spot is being taken by Lars.

By 2015 Hogan had lost all of his BIG, SWEATY BEEF! So Vince fired him. Lars is still young with SO MUCH BEEF, SWEATY BIG MAN BEEF! GODDAMN TRIPS, I CAN'T LET THIS MAN GO, LOOK AT HIM, NO ONE CAN USE HIS BEEF LIKE I CAN!
