What is wrong with the quality of figures lately, I just bought a Mandy Rose today and barely any of her joints work? Her knees don't bend her arm doesn't move it's like a statue and this is the third time in a row this has happened, first with a basic Sasha, then with an Elite Becky and now with Mandy Rose.
I assume I can just put them in hot water but this is getting boring now just keep on returning figures
Edit: It seems like hot water has done the trick but I hope they don't re stiffen up like some of my figures have done

This seems like the trend now with WWE figures.
The almost every figure i've bought over the last year or two have had this problem. All the Elites with the small torso has the stuck left arm issue, figures with the jacked Triple H torso have really stiff shoulder joints, and basically every basic figures knees are glued straight, i bought a few B92 Rollins figures for the headscans, and none of their knees moved. And the ankle joints on every Elite have been stuck for years now.
Don't get me wrong, i'd rather have more stiff figure than a loose one, but most of the time it's way too stiff, to the point where you can barely move the joints and when you do, it feels like they'll break. (Which in the small torso case, if you move the stuck left arm enough, it'll break and become a helicopter arm)
Seems like the quality of these are slipping, while most of them look good aesthetically, they feel somewhat cheap and don't seem as durable as older figures. I remember Elite Series 1, all the joints felt good, the ankles could move and they felt solid, the only thing hindering articulation was the knee/elbow pads.

Yeah I've just never had it this bad where they don't move at all, I get if they're a little stiff but it was at a point where I put any force and it would break. It's annoying because I want to buy figures but this is another hassle to get through

Last few figs I had lately have been good, only issue was Red Rooster's shoulders were a little tight, but they're good now. Mabel was perfect, no issues with him.

The basic knees seem to be sticking since they changed the basic, but that’s it. I haven’t had any issues with Elites other than a tight ankle here and there, but that’s always been a thing.

I've only ever really noticed this with women figures. First thing I do with any wwe figure I buy is run a hairdryer over it and free up all the articulation. It always helps the shoulders and ankles in particular.

Maybe you aren’t good with the ladies. 😀 I kid around. I’m having fun.

I never had this issue. Then again I don't play with my figures

I had heard that about Mandy. Never about her action figure though.

Warm water my dudes. Or just yanno- pose and play with your toys. Too tight is always better than too loose

My Shinsuke Nakamura is like that in his legs. I wanted to do the pose where he goes down on his back with his legs underneath him as he grabs the ring ropes, but his legs wouldn't budge. I was afraid to really give it any force because it feels like I am gonna snap the plastic.

Bow legged basics are a pain in the arse at the mo and it seems to be every single male figure.

It’s the new basics. Their knee joints mainly are a pain. I can’t imagine being a young child and having the strength to bend these figures at the knees and even sometimes arms.
