I never knew JC Penny carries figures, but I walked in a Burlington Coat Factory and they had the Festival of Friendship for $20.

I didn’t even know JC was still open. Mine was in poor shape before it closed.
I don’t know about anyone else but my mall doesn’t have many stores that carry figures. I count FYE and Gamestop BARELY lol. There is something called Treasure Barn that has a crap ton of vintage figures. It’s like a second hand store but they overprice. Last time I looked they had some beaten up BCAs for $17. Way too much for easy to find figures.

I wish Ryder and Hawkins had showed up at my house to buy my BCAs I threw out when I had to move since they love them so much.

My problem is, I’m super cheap! Buying single ones I don’t want to pay over $3 each. If I’m buying in bulk I try to pay around $1.50-$2 each lol. Some guy at a flea market near me wants $5 loose and there ain’t no way I’m doing that. None of them are worth that much 😂 Id have bought some of your’s! Forget Ryder 😂

JC Penny (the ones that are still open) have enough to worry about keeping their business afloat. I doubt they will be getting any real stock in anytime soon. The one near me has had the same Chris Jericho Monsters figures on clearance for $12 for over a year now with nothing new since. Tons of Disney crap though. I'd guess that store is going to be 100% out of business soon enough.
