I was looking over my Hasbros this morning. I admit I'm not as knowledgeable as some people are about these things. I noticed that my Ted DiBiase (the first one, I think, in the black suit) was shorter than the rest of the ones that I have, and I'd heard that this was a difference between the Hasbro and the Funskool MDMs. Was Ted shorter than a lot of the Hasbros? Is there something else on him I could look at to better determine which line he's from, like a stamp or something?

What do you mean? Do you have a black suit MDM that's shorter than another black suit MDM?

A collector I follow on Insta had displayed a Hasbro MDM next to a shorter Funskool MDM, which is what got me wondering.

Well Hasbro MDM (and Nailz, who has the same legs) are too short compared to most (if not all) Hasbros. Funskools use plastic of inferior quality, that's the easiest way to distinguish them.

I've never had any reason to believe the figure I own is of inferior quality, so I guess I'll continue on assuming it's the real deal. Thanks!

The funskool MDM has a different shade of hair. It’s noticable next to the original. The skin tone is also different and varies when it’s funky.
