Only a matter of time before they get a toy deal, gonna take me back to all the wcw and wwe figures in the mid 90s If so, I hope they are in scale with Mattel WWE figures.

It’s embarrassing how so many people on a wrestling figure message board know very little about the biggest thing happening currently in wrestling. 1. Billy Gunn is a full time producer for AEW 2. Ddp and Bret Hart made one off appearances at the ppv because they were in town and nothing more. 3. Neville and Dillinger are not signed to deals. Dillinger might sign shortly but Neville is likely not going to. 4. Tommy Dreamer is currently competing in Impact but isn’t signed exclusively anywhere as he runs his owns promotion.

It’s honestly as if this crap wasn’t flooding every dirtsheet site for months.

Tye is signed, and Neville is booked for a Fyter Fest match with The Lucha Bros vs Cody and The Bucks. I don’t think Dreamer is AEW. Well he(Tye/Shawn) said in the press deal that he wasn’t so I took his word Hmm I guess I missed that.

In addition to #2, I believe (don't quote me on it, lol) that Page and Bret are under legends deals, which have always appeared to allow guys to work their own deals out on the side. Page was close with Dusty, which accounts for his close relationship with Cody. He was part of Cody's entourage at All In, too.

Legends deals cover just merch and WWE paid appearances (Axxcess signings, etc). So there wouldn't be a conflict between an appearance and their merch deals. Now if they were signing a long term contract with AEW, there would likely be some merch clauses included that would cause conflict. But most likely those were one-off appearances.

I honestly can’t remember if it was the original or if I did a head swap.

Maybe because there are actually real wrestling fans who don’t read dirt sheets and just watch the shows. And as for the “biggest” thing happening in wrestling, that’s subjective.

Another wrestling company with money and power getting a national tv deal for the first time in almost 20 years isn’t subjective. Has nothing to do with dirt sheets. What you are implying is someone could be a huge football fan but not know anyone other than the Dallas Cowboys. Not quite a huge football fan then...

Why do all these threads turn into pointless arguments about dumb stuff? Like who cares if people know things about AEW or not?
