Entertainment Earth has their own set of exclusives for SDCC. The Savage figure isn't one of them - that's Mattel's. The pre-ordering system of allotted orders based on estimated stock leftover after the con here would seem to only apply to exclusives made specifically for EE. In the case of Mattel's exclusive, they've allotted EE a fixed number of stock to sell, separate of any estimated sales/unsold stock following SDCC. If what Action Figure Attack is saying is accurate, I have no reason to believe that everyone who has a confirmed preorder won't get their product. The misinformation is likely coming from phone banked customer service reps who would have the most familiarity with EE's procedures regarding EE's exclusives, and not necessarily those of other manufacturers. |

Basically Mattel has Entertainment Earth’s allotment of Machos already set aside for them already. |

Say Mattel made 12,000 figures, they sent 2,000 to EE and Mattel are selling the other 10k.

Also... Yall are hounding people from EE about this? Wtf Wfigs and other social media creates scalper markets for particular figures with this kind of behavior. If you all really want it then shut up about it or else the only place you will be able to get it from is the secondary market. |

A lot of any SDCC figures are high in demand and pricey. These kind of exclusives usually are. Again, if you can't make it there and and want a particular piece, what price would you pay for it ?

Ok, so apparenrly they daid that If you were able to place an order via their website, then you will get yours.
However, if you called in and ordered over the phone, then THOSE are placeholder orders and are not guaranteed fulfillment.

However, if you called in and ordered over the phone, then THOSE are placeholder orders and are not guaranteed fulfillment. This paired with what AFA said gives me hope as I placed my order online (30 minutes of wrestling EE's site notwithstanding). Honestly I'm more surprised that places like EE still take orders by phone. |

The site crashed basically on the hour, but I managed to get my confirmation before that. I'm not too worried. If the worst happens, it's not like I'm not out any money. |
