My theory is there will be no Zeus without a hogan announcement first Hmm. I’d like it to be Zeus. You’re probably correct but didn’t the word “snap” happen to be in that movie? A hard Google search could answer this for me but...I just want a Zeus. With WWE.com celebrating the 30th Anniversary of No Holds Barred(June 2, 1989), I was trying to make a connection to "snap" and a line from the movie as well. I got nothing. |

Not to get into too spoilery territory for the film (just in case anyone hasn’t seen it) but could it be Takeover Brooklyn Gargano? Maybe Mattel asked him ahead of time if he was going to do **** *** at some point and they were involved beforehand like the ill-fated Survivor Series set?
That said, I think Angle, Shamrock, or some legally acceptable version of Thanos Rollins are most likely.

Maybe Mattel asked him ahead of time if he was going to do **** *** at some point and they were involved beforehand like the ill-fated Survivor Series set? That said, I think Angle, Shamrock, or some legally acceptable version of Thanos Rollins are most likely. Brooklyn was Venom/Spider-Man. Do you mean New York (WrestleMania 35)? |

I didn’t even make the connection between “snap” and Sid until now. That said, I really don’t see Mattel hyping a Sid figure, or Angle, at that. Neither of those really are worth, in my opinion, any hype. Sid sat on pegs almost as long as Tito and Angle could be picked up for a few dollars at Game Stop.

It can possibly be Thanos Seth. Being a convention exclusive could be a way to get around certain copyrights. The reason why NECA’s TMNT figures were always exclusives is because it was the only way they could release them. Same with this year’s DC vs DH exclusives. I still think it’s unlikely but there may be a loophole that would allow them to make him.

They could probably get away with a Slim Jim Macho Man, using the colors and not actually referencing Slim Jim.
I do like the idea of "Wrestling Machine" Angle, only his exclusives don't seem to sell so well.

I hope for an elite macho man. We haven’t had one in a while. The only other names I’d be more excited about would be.. Jarrett, greg valentine, Hercules, and Zeus (Or less realistically if Mattel were to go and make a Bagwell, Alex wright or Steve mcmichael) Zeus would be amazing. |

Here's my predictions ranked from plausible to more of a reach:
-2005/06 Wrestling Machine Kurt Angle with either the ECW or WHC belt and alternate mouthguard head
-1998 blue Ken Shamrock with IC title and alternate screaming head (Like he's snapping)
-No Holds Barred Zeus
-Possibly late 90s Owen Hart in his Black Hart/Caution tape attire with two Slammies and the Euro belt ("I snapped" from his last theme "Enough's enough and it's time for a change)
I'd put down something like Thanos Rollins or Slim Jim Macho Man but the former seems highly unlikely since unlike the Deadpool look this is more obvious, and we technically already got Slim Jim Macho in E38.
