It’s looking like Monsoon’s jacket size has been corrected. Hopefully we’ll see this figure placed somewhere. Source: Truck Driving Uncle (2019)

They need to make a Battlepack with Gorilla and another announcer they haven't done yet like Ventura or Tony Schiavone or somebody else or better yet his son could be included with him, Joey Marella in ref outfit. That would be a awesome set.

That would be a awesome set. I've always wanted Mattel to do a family/generations two packs. Something like Gorilla/Joey, Bulldog/Bret, Gerald/Jack. Unfortunately I know nothing about todays wrestling so I don't know which current star they could put in it to make even remotely marketable.

Though I am not sure this would be profitable.

Ya I remember when I bought the Jakks Bone Crunching Jerry Lawler/Brian Christopher 2 pack back in the day. That was a really cool one.

Apparently the word is that they have been cancelled and no longer coming out anymore but it's said they will still be trying to find a way to release the gorilla monsoon figure somewhere in a different line as of now Give me a break! Not releasing that Gorilla Monsoon is a miscarriage of justice! With the fans jam-packed to the rafters on this forum demanding its release and Mattel, it's like the irresistible force meeting the immovable object! Something has got to give!

Whenever Gorilla gets released, I can breathe a sigh of relief they fixed his jacket torso. He was a rather portly guy in his announcer days so the other blazer looked odd. I have confidence they'll release him soon enough, Retrofest would be a good spot.

Sheik and Perfect were shown MOC months ago, and still no sign. If they’re cancelled, it would at least be nice to know.

Gorilla- It'll be exedrin headache number 35 for Bill when he is dropped on his occipital protuberance if this figure doesn't see the light of day. Pandemonium will break loose here if on wfigs, the meca of profesional wrestling figures, but highly unlikely in my book, this company has a ruptured patellar tendon. And of course, conspicuous by their absence, Greg the Hammer Valentine and the mighty Hercules. Bill- (Confused look on his face) I didn't know there was such demand for Greg the Hammer and Hercules. We can't find a spot for Gorilla, but expect more nxt and Nakamura figures. Gorilla- Will you stop! If mattel ever losses the license, you can kiss your meal ticket goodbye!

Will you be serious! Bill probably thought it was a good idea some Saturday night, so he will be singing an octave higher in the shower when fans treat him like a piece of garbage by giving him an atomic drop, an Irish whip, and a b-i-i-i-g backdrop!

The WWE license has been a disaster for years. There are too many wrestlers, and none of them are popular in the way SCSA or The Rock were at one point. They keep announcing new figures but with such little demand they just end up cancelling them. I feel bad, it’s not even Mattel’s fault.
