Nice! So, why couldn't they release this (...I heard it was something to do with Marvel and Captain America similarities)? And if Mattel could make more Hogans, would they have the same problem? It WAS due to Marvel & Captain America being too similar. It was suppose to be the mail away figure for the Wrestlemania Ticket promotion they did. We ended up with Hulk Machine/Workout Hogan 2-for-1 instead. Very cool. How is that even remotely similar? Cap wears a flat blue mask with a big A on it |

Was HEAVY into collecting at that time and never once heard it mention other than for this ticket promotion. it was scheduled for the raw metal exclusive line they just started the classic line and was only on the first few sets around the time these was announced and then cancelled being Linda and Mr America the Kane and Goldberg was the only 2 that made it out but the ticket promotion didn't start until classic series 9 which was almost a year or two after this |

But they were just releasing EVERYBODY AND THEIR MOM at that point (other than of course the names that they held out for for Mattel) |
