At what point do we blame the Stunner and not the Stunnee? It’s not Owens. 90% of the stunner is the guy that sells it. Both Ziggles and Shane just mistimed the chit out of it. Which is odd, because Ziggles could sell the Nash finger poke like he legit got sat on by Yokozuna.

Well, nothing I was really hoping would happen did. Just some stale a**holiness from a McMahon. Still thinking Bryan will align with KO at some point. Has to be something with them suddenly sounding frustrated on the same night a few weeks back. Either that, or they're letting Bryan do his anarchist gimmick he dreamed up seven years ago.
Didn't care for how he kept going to the back though, teasing his announcement. With him looking on the verge of tears, gave me the impression he was pouring Visine in his eyes.

Is this leading to a fresh and original Owens vs Shane hell in a cell match?? Even better. A Doomsday Cage Match.

I’m pretty sure Charlotte got her boobs done again, they look even bigger I support this. There is something about her that just does it for me. His big dong?

I like Owens but I really hate him using the stunner. Not only because it’s Austins move, but it looks like crap every time he does it. Pop up powerbomb was perfectly fine. No move/finisher is sacred I guess, but if there was one, it’d be the stunner

No move/finisher is sacred I guess, but if there was one, it’d be the stunner Pop up also really wouldn't work with some of the guys higher on the roster he'll come into contact with. I think he got Braun during their feud, but it was more Braun jumping and falling than the normal look. And with guys like McIntyre and Brock being people who could, within the next year, come into his path it makes sense to give him a new move. Didn't have to be the Stunner, but it works. He does it fine, it's the sell that's the problem.

I really do believe as a face KO can get the Bryan/Kofi/Becky crowd momentum.
And Liv is awesome. Now watch her be gone for months (again lol).

As much as I like Kevin Owens I wish he wasn't doing the anti-authority wrestler stuns a McMahon over and over storyline. Been there, done that. At least do a different move.

He always gets pops. But if he is gonna go baby face, he's gonna have a lot of work to do in a very short period of time.

Last time Shane took a pop up, he nearly died. And had to rely on a since 3 year retired Bryan to save the match from being an unmitigated disaster.

Have to say, I thought SD was good tonight too. 3 solid shows in 3 nights.

Who wants to bet Vince and Shane take double stunners on raw?

It would have been so much better if he hadn't worked ⅔ of the match by himself coming off his injury/illness, making the heels look terrible by not being able to take out a guy already doubled over in pain. Better yet, not have Shane in that freaking match at all...

Usually I only watch one or two of the YouTube clips, but last night's SmackDown Live had so much good stuff!
- The Town Hall segment was really good and felt really fresh. Wouldn't mind it becoming a weekly segment for the next couple of weeks, provided they can make it feel different each time. - Glad to see Charlotte back. - Absolute YES to Liv Morgan being given TV time!!! It's been a complete joke that they haven't used her in 3 months on TV, despite significant fan support. Having her challenge Charlotte was a good move, makes her feel important straight away. From what footage they uploaded to YouTube, I thought their match was pretty good, and the amount of offence Liv got in looks like a good indication for there being solid plans for her. Obviously there's no way she should have beaten Charlotte Flair at this point in time, but she had a really good showing. Her post-match words were very intriguing as well. What could this mean? - It's great that they're giving Ember Moon a title opportunity, but am I the only one who doesn't think she really feels like legitimate competition? Her main roster career has just been so mediocre, capped off by an awful feud against Fire and Desire, that I'm just not really that interested in the match, when I should be, as a fan of both. Had they built her up beforehand, it wouldn't be this way. - R-Truth continues to be comedy gold. - IIconics VS Kabuki Warriors had a sensible outcome which fits their characters, but Asuka looked like a real dumb dumb for just staring at Kay as she stayed outside the ring, despite the referee counting all the way from one to ten. At least when the Kabuki Warriors win the titles at Summerslam, it'll feel like a bigger moment than if it had happened on weekly TV.
I think I'm right in assuming that this was the first show under Eric Bischoff. So even though this was a good show, I'm expecting the quality to plummet back down from next week, as it always does whenever WWE has a new direction. Who knows? Maybe Bischoff will be the first to break the rule that's been established numerous times this year.

MDT Bill should get the belt Or RSCTom because he needs some love too. If I won that belt I would retire it before I could lose it

I didn't watch Smackdown but saw Woods made a Demolition Man reference. I'll give that an A+ by default.

This week’s SDL was NOT the first under Bischoff, apparently he wasn’t there.

More Liv. She was great last night. Solid show in my book. Owens is growing on me like crazy. I was a little surprised Cesaro lost again but eh.
