I definitely wanted them to make more RA figures than what they did. I felt like some of the series only had like 4 or 5 figures at times but I could be wrong on that. Definitely would have been a good idea if they focused on guys who didn't get figures made of them besides Angle, Nash, etc

im glad they were the deluxe bodies. I didn't collect WWE Jakks RA figures. And to me they are just as useless as Mattel basics.
to me it was too many repaints. They didn't make many waves. Long wait in-between and then the waves would only be like 4 figures. And u were lucky to get a new person in the wave.
Aces & 8s were the hottest thing in TNA for nearly 2 years. And they only made Bully Ray from that time.
they just made the same ppl over and over

The Dwindling of TNA over time. TNA by 2013 was starting to fade off, and once they lost the Spike deal it was. TNA wasn't even marketed towards children. So that's for starts. And I think most of their action figure sells were. A). Collectors B). Smart Children who wanted to create TNA vs. WWE matches and C). Confused parents not knowing the differences or seeing much of one and grabbing some of those for Christmas or something.

What killed it for me was the unappealing and incorrect wrestling attire they chose. The snow boots instead of kickpads is what turned most people away. They made awesome Jeff Hardy figures and exclusives, but man AJ Styles had so many appealing attires during his TNA run and Jakks didn't bother to pick any. I knew the line was dead once all the awesome prototypes were cancelled. It's funny how Jakks used to be the toy company back in the day and is now basically dead along with Jazwares.

There for a minute Jakks could have made a lot of new faces and some that will probably never get figures. Instead they spent time making tons of Jeff Hardy and Hogan’s lol. The Aces & 8s Era was the prime time they could have used to make figures. Did anyone else see them in stores? The only place that sold them around me was K-Mart. They actually carried them pretty faithfully too. I grabbed Tessmacher, Crimson and Rayne which were huge finds for me. Unfortunately I don’t think anyone else was that fond of them. They sat on shelves for ages. Heck one KMart carried Jeff Jarrett for about four years and marked him down 3 cents 😂

If they would have stuck with RA style no doubt I would have every TNA figure they made. I love Jakks and when I heard TNA had a figure deal with them I was excited until I saw most of their figures were deluxe style.
