As someone who was lucky to find a Harley Race I would have absolutely no problem with them doing a straight rerelease of this figure.
I bought my figure to own and display not to worry about secondary market value.

Guess the second 5 pack figure belt set was scrapped, unless it shows up at Ringside fest ? very surprised as the Women's Smackdown title has had only one release thus far.

Dont expect a Mattel Scott Steiner figure anytime soon... Old Zeke Steiner is always a great interview and he seemed more interested in hitting on Noelle Foley than talking about figures or the WWE HOF

Iām sure Bill has a lot of influence. Especially after 10 years of running the elite line. Iām sure he does. But the idea that Bill is sitting somewhere scheming to get āmodern guys he likesā into the line is ignoring the reality that heās not some lone king in this situation. I respect that there are flashback only collectors, but it boggles my mind that there are people who canāt understand why WWE would rather Mattel make The Shield Reunion than the Funeral Parlor as an Epic Moment for example. Easy there tiger! No one said anything about āschemingā or him being ālone kingāā! But itās fact that he loves putting out nxt talent. If youāve been paying attention youād know that. Itās been a running joke that he favors them more. And Iām sure most of the people here (including myself) understand that the product is geared towards kids and kids want whatās current. And Iām pretty sure both Mattel and WWE throw suggestions at one another. I donāt expect him to make all āepic momentsā flashbacks nor do I think he has 100% freedom on what to put out. But Iām sure heās the majority. With that being said, Iām sure if the epic moments line was still active that we might have seen some that were on my list. But I think you read too into my previous comment and missed the main argument. Flashback or not, the majority of the epic moment releases arenāt really considered an epic moment. And I think thatās what everyone is annoyed about.

"We know fans love them" (the Retros) and "there is a great fan base" So.... "it's on hiatus" Of course. Which is why we're all so confused. Obviously seems to have to do with distribution, and with the idea for the MOTU they probably just said "fugg it".

Montreal screw job is a no brainer! Mattel fumbled it Totally understand where you guys are coming from and I 100% agree with you... BUT, take a look whoās behind the wheel! Bill! 4 out of the 5 epic moments were current to the time they were released. The milk-o-mania was the only flashback. Billās a sucker for current talent and will find any window/excuse to put em out!!! So itās no surprise to me that these werenāt actual flashback EPIC moments. With that being said, I would have loved a... - Funeral Parlor w/ Undertaker/Warrior/Bearer and casket set up (hogan had no legends deal during epic moments run which is why I chose warrior instead) - Wrestlemania X ladder match w/ Shawn/Razor and ladders - Snake Pit epic moments w/ Jake/warrior and snake pit set up - Ousiders WCW w/ debut Hall/Nash/Bischoff? and announcer table - Montreal Screwjob w/ Bret/Shawn/Vince and announcer table with equipment - Barber Shop w/ Shawn/Marty/Brutus and barbershop set up w/ breakaway window - Mirror Match Undertaker vs Undertaker w/ Purple Undertaker/Gray Undertaker/Bearer/Dibiase - Wrestlemania 12 street fight w/ Piper/Goldust and car, dumpster, baseball bat. *just based off whoās signed/can be made (being realistic) Sooooo many missed opportunities, but Bill is a fan of current/new talent and heās the one that makes the calls so itās no surprise. Damn, im getting excited just reading those. The Barber Shop when The Rockers split, omg. I wish someone would bring those back and do it right. I mean, they dont ALL have to be flashbacks, but epic moments are epic moments, and Milk O Mania was not one. I'll tell ya, I definitely have been really enjoying collecting some of these Mattel WWE figures, but damn if they don't make bad choices sometimes. And constantly canceling lines is becoming ridiculous. Some say that if Mattel went under and someone else took over then they would stop collecting because it would be like starting over. Which I completely understand, but isn't it the same thing when they cancel every line that comes out? Retro collectors have to start over collecting something else. Same with all the other lines. Just making a point. Wish they would just find something and stick with it. At least for awhile so we wouldnt have to worry about it getting canceled.

Never clicked on an RSC video so quick. Steinerās the man! I cant knock him if WWE is low balling him. Any legend shouldnt get short changed to be in the Hall of Fame or to sign a Legends deal. Hopefully they can work something out. I really want Elite Steiner brothers; just like everybody else.

Give it a few years when money gets tight for Scott or Rick, we'll hopefully see Mattel figures eventually.

I see that he said that retailers requested to have the Top Talent Series made so they will have certain wrestlers always on the shelves. What I have found from talking to retailers is they want whatever sells and doesnāt stay on the shelves for a long period of time. They would have rather gotten more Pete Dunne & Aleister Black since they would get calls several times a day looking for them. Unfortunately low level store employees or store managers are who heās talking about. Heās talking about the retailerās corporate buyers. The people that the NYC Toy Fair is for.

As much as I liked the Milk O Mania set, the moment in itself was just a call back to the real epic moment, the Beer Bath. Which is what it should have been. I know the first DM Austin was in the same attire, but it was released so long ago and we got the same Rock 14 times (and i bought them all) so they arent against rereleases. The shirt could have been the new material or even make the shirt and jacket molded like suit figures. Then include Vince and Rock (sorry Shane) with track pants and the blue Brahma Bull shirt and the big eagle title, the same hose, and have it come in similar packaging in the beer truck semi trailer, obviously not saying beer anywhere on it tho.

I think Bill is overthinking the Funhouse. It doesnāt have to be a $40 playset. Just make an elite āMr Rogersā Bray and pack him with the buzzard and rabbit. Then a couple series later make the Fiend with Abigail and the pig. Reverse that - 'The Fiend' needs to get made asap, or there's no point. Pullover, Bray can wait.

I can't see a "pullover" Bray selling that good anyway tbh. It would just look so cheesy imo.
