I am honestly surprised that they debut so much new product on preview night. They’ve never done that before. I already told my wife I was preordering the UE Triple H and Balor ASAP.

I'd put money on it being they aren't allowed to copy Marvel related stuff. Johnny Gargano figures will all be butchered. |

I wonder if it has anything to do with Hawkins and Ryder only being at the Con for Thursday and Friday? Mattel probably wants as much as possibly on their pod and YouTube channel. *I know people don’t like them (I myself still listen, but I agree it can be a bit overboard with the merch plugs and etc, but Mattel seems to be very into using it for promotional purposes) |

Basic 100 Austin is based off his 2001 look, specifically Vengeance and it looks like he's going to have the right boots this time! Awesome!
We still need the snakeskin kneebraces but that's something for my own wishlist. I'm probably the only person that cares about those little details but it looks good!

HBK wore a lot of the same tights from 97 when he came back. The head looks more like 02/03 to me, but I guess could pass for any era. Either way, great figures that I wish were Elites. hHh is well worth the wait, but I sure hope they have some other accessories in there to justify the price. Can anyone place the white knee brace Austin. I think I remember him wearing them around the Invasion angle, but I have zero confidence that that is correct. The key will be on the back of Michaels’ tights. In the 90s they said “Heartbreak Kid” in the the heart on his ass. In the 02/03 era, they said “Shawn Michaels” above the heart, with the letters HBK in the heart. These look like 02/03 era, with the chase having the 95/96/97 wrist gauntlets. The real way to tell is if he has gauntlets or wrist tape. He never wore gauntlets when he came back, only white wrist tape. The candy stripe is One Night Only 1997, the solid red is Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania XX, Bad Blood, Unforgiven, & Taboo Tuesday 2004 (unless there was variations in the heart designs I never noticed) |
