The only I can think of is network spotlight Austin which has plain dark green trunks. Most have some kind of logo

Billy Gunn has green trunks once you pop off the legs too.
Also look at the guy that's not Viktor from the Ascension for red trunks

there are some figures that have the paint/tights design etched/engrained into the plastic bizarrely.
the pink tights elite dolph was like that. so theres an impression of the deco even after acetoned off
maybe applies only to heavier deco'd tights
