Loved L&T. Might be in my Marvel Top 5. Ragnarok is number 1 with a bullet. The humor in this landed perfectly for me but outside that the film had a lot of heart. I’m not an emotional kind of guy but a couple moments almost choked me up. Chris said he wants to continue and dammit I want more. The “dude named Dwayne” but got the hardest laugh from me. Definitely in there for a sequel...I welcome it given the post credit scene 😀 Im so glad we're still getting new Thor movies,I thought for sure when Downey and Evans called it quits(or took their breaks) Hemsworth would follow soon but seems like he's in it for the long haul.

I just got a chance to see L&T and loved it. I'm glad that Hemsworth will return especially after that mid-credit tease.

Saw Love and Thunder on Wednesday and I loved it. Bale was amazing as Gorr and I think Crowe did a great job as Zeus as well. They did such a good job at rooting for Gorr to be stopped but also sympathizing with him. I think one thing is obvious, Taika Waititi is a Guns N' Roses fan. Without spoiling anything, the scene with Gorr in the cage was so well done, so creepy.

I watched the finale of Ms Marvel last night & it was just ok. So far the weakest of the Disney+ Marvel shows for me by a country mile. But I realise I wasn't the demographic they were targeting & that's cool beans. I will say this though it was a very interesting insight into Muslim culture and interesting to see a cape story told from that prospective.
I enjoyed the post credit scene as it genuinely surprised me...folks are very excited about a phrase used near the end...but Ill honestly have to see a LOT more before that gets me.

The post credit scene was the most I was interested in the entire show. It wasn’t bad but just like you said just wasn’t for me and that’s totally fine. Everything doesn’t have to be a home run but I am looking forward to SheHulk.

Seeing a lot of flack being given to Thor L&T. I really enjoyed the movie and it was fun Thor story/adventure.
I feel like IW and Endgame along with the 3 Spidey’s have built up expectations for all these movies going forward. If every movie is a 3 hour action packed flick with 74 heroes and the most awesome unstoppable villain ever then it won’t take long before that formula is played out. And then what?
Anywho, just my 2 cents. I’ve been trying to let go of hopes and expectations for these things and just enjoying the shows or movies. I’m not going to love everything Marvel does and we all have differing opinions. Hell, I don’t think Captain America TWS is the best Marvel movie or even top 3 and I don’t see where all the love and hype comes from. Good movie, absolutely. But everything ain’t for everybody

I rewatched Thor Ragnarok at the weekend and I really enjoyed it, it’s a great watch. I remember when I saw it in the cinema and I came out thinking hmm, there was lots of joking and not taking much of anything serious in it that was bothersome but it was nothing like Love & Thunder - holy smokes, there was actually dialog between people that sounded human - I’m not doing get help. I do think there’s a gulf between Hela and the lads in it which does hurt a little bit of the narrative but it just about gets away with it with a great final action sequence. Love & Thunder was just noise, it didn’t do much of anything with The Guardians and Thor as a team when there’s so much potential in that scenario. What they did and how they split was meaningless. Didn’t do much with Gorr as in we didn’t get to see him kill anyone we cared for even temporarily - which as a marquee/box office attraction of a villain is a bit piss-poor. It’s Christian ing Bale, whole reason you have him in it is to make a huge impact. There’s a completely different Korg in it to the one from Ragnarok and one that’s more prevalent throughout - was the definition of too much of a good thing in L&T. It felt a bit lazy what they did with Jane and if you would compare it to what they did with Hulk which felt earned and satisfying progression of his journey. They just bring Jane in as like an emotional anchor to previous Thor films but it’s rare there was much emotion on show between the characters, was just joke joke joke fiiight, joke til the end. I think it’s totally fair to compare the two films as they’re both under Taika, to me it’s clear that the first one had at least one hand on the wheel sometimes both whereas the second was just a complete toss up which raced to the end and ergo is much more throw away.

Ill just say I wasn’t a huge fan of L&T. I thought some of the scenes were super hokey. The jokes felt like they were way behind on the times, and trying way too hard in some parts. By the end didn’t really feel like anyone had really progressed from where they were before the film. Also who did Jamie Alexander p*ss off at Marvel? Also Hercules looks like a chump. Seriously hope we’re not going to see a whole movie around him

I was reading something about eternals getting a sequel. I enjoyed it. What's the actual beef on it people had. I enjoyed Eternals, I know it got pretty harsh reviews when it came out though. Admittedly it wasnt your typical MCU movie but thats what I think I enjoyed about it most. Id be excited for a sequel.

Can't say I be to excited about a sequel personally, it wasn't bad as people keeps saying imo but I can name A LOT of other things I rather see get made over it. Without thinking to hard on it,I gotta imagine it would be in the bottom 5 of the MCU movies for me.

I had so much fun with Thor Love & Thunder! As a huge Guns n Roses fan I got such a kick out of the soundtrack and references! My dad though said he felt it went to far with the "silliness" I still prefer Thor Ragnarok, but I still really enjoyed myself with this one. My one criticism is the stuff with the Guardians of the Galaxy, not that it was so short, but it just felt kind of off, I cannot put my finger on it, but Star Lord did not feel like Star Lord to me, it could just be me though Ms. Marvel is so far my least favorite of all the Disney Plus Marvel shows, the finale was good, but when you are enjoying the history lesson you are getting more than the action and characters there is something wrong.

Finally got around to seeing Thor 4. I had forgotten that this was coming out when I decided to take a break from anything Marvel related.
Although it was a fun movie, the comedy needed to be heavily reduced. Ragnarok had just the right amount where as L&T had too much. It was hard to take the movie seriously at times when everything just feels like it isn’t as serious as it’s meant to be. It’s like Taika took what people liked about Ragnarok and doubled the amount rather than finding that balance between comedy and serious. Korg was a great minor character but didn’t need to be featured so much. Like mentioned above, too much of a good thing.
Christian Bale as Gorr was awesome, it’s a shame he wasn’t featured more.
I loved all the Guns N Roses references. I was just expecting Sweet Child like we got in the trailer, not half their discography plus the kid renaming himself Axl.

I really enjoyed Eternals. The cast was fantastic and the story kept me invested. Bring on more please. I haven't hated or not enjoyed a Marvel movie yet & Eternals while different? Was very interesting to me. Word is the direct ramifications from it will rear their head in BP2. Whoever cut the Eternals trailer should have been shot though. You figured out the Ikaris arc straight away if you've seen the trailer Really looking forward to info on Wakanda Forever this weekend.

What’s everybody’s picks for top 5 favorite and least favorite MCU movies?
I’ve been trying to think of mine but it’s really hard I think I’ll go with in no certain order Favorites Endgame IW Ragnarok No Way Home Winter Soldier or GOTG
Least Favorites Captain Marvel Eternals Doctor Strange 1 Incredible Hulk Thor 1 or Shang Chi
So many great movies it’s so hard to come up with a list like this. I absolutely loved GOTG 2,Avengers 1,IM1,DS MoM and Civil War too but I don’t think they can over take the 6 I named.

Top 3: Guardians Of The Galaxy Avengers: Infinity War Captain America: Winter Soldier
Then theres a gap and it’s hard to separate this group for me: Spider-Man: Far From Home Thor: Ragnarok Captain America: Civil War Thor Captain America Avengers Avengers: Age of Ultron Black Panther Avengers: Endgame
Those are really close to perfecto.
Bottom 5 - I can’t think of many near this 5, maybe MoM and Antman 2: Eternals Shang Chi: Legend Of The Ten Rings Thor: Love & Thunder Iron-Man 2 Black Widow

Top 5 is
Infinity War Endgame The Winter Soldier Civil War Iron Man.
Bottom 5:
Eternals GOTG 2 Far From Home Dr Strange Love & Thunder.
Love & Thunder may climb out of the bottom 5 on repeat viewing but for now it's in there.

Just watched deadpool 2 on disney+. Afterwards went to details and read the description. About 90% of it has nothing to do with the actual movie. Pretty funny.
