I come originally from a rural area, where drinking and driving can be rampant due to no public transportation and the distances between properties. I've known a lot of people who died from drinking and driving, so I have very little empathy for someone getting caught being an idiot. any drinking before driving is reckless but this is just asinine. I must agree. Driving is a privilege, not a right. Uso needs to get some professional help, and even if he learns to manage his addiction, he might consider giving up his license. All it would take is one relapse and some unfortunate circumstances for him to have a fatal accident.

This guy needs a pink slip to bring him down to earth. This last year we've seen 40 odd guys and girls get released, guys and girls who worked hard and didn't bring the company any bad press. Let him go, in 5 years we'll get the "I was young and dumb, I thought I was on top of the world, I've learnt etc" rhetoric that countless others have said. I feel this so much but as with any age gap and preaching knowledge, you can lead a horse to water but you cant force it to drink. Countless countless times in my life Ive had someone older or more experienced tell me how something is or explain the way something works and being a young person, I would ignore them or assume I knew more/better. You hardly ever do. Im only 28 now but I already know this. Problem is some ppl cant learn from others mistakes and they have to go down that road themselves to realize they were wrong. You also gotta WANT the help. EDIT: I do find it agonizing that someone is living the dream of millions of others and he has the audacity to throw it all away. Not once, not twice but 3x now. So many people would do anything to be in the position he was in before this. That's the thing he's young and how many wrestlers/singers/actors have been total ass hats in their younger years, it's all part of their growing their learning that they're privileged to be in the public eye and that role can easily fade away if they don't watch their behaviour. I think the shock to the system needs to come via pink slip than going to prison for manslaughter caused by drink driving.

My first thought is I hope he doesn't kill someone and/or himself with this behavior. I know, like many of us, firsthand how serious alcohol addiction can be. He needs help, and I hope he gets it.
My second thought is why do people, especially non-20 somethings, need to go out to drink? Stock your liquor cabinet, call some friends if you want (those of us with partners or family call them), and drink at home. You don't need to be seen, though I imagine that could be part of it.
My final thought is some people absolutely do not believe they're inebriated when they're damn-near blackout drunk. I'm always aware of my drunkenness, even if my inhibitions being gone mean I keep pouring, but some people will completely lose it and think then and the next day when they sober up they were fine the whole time. It's crazy and frustrating and a bit sad to witness.

There’s no excuse for anyone to EVER drink and drive…..but it’s especially maddening when celebrities do it.
Dude, regular people Uber, Uso could get a LIMO to take him wherever he wants whenever he wants. Don’t be a dumbass.
His job is probably safe due to his connection to Roman. If it was somebody like Ricochet or Mustafa Ali, they’d have been sh*t canned by now.
Hopefully he gets his life together before he causes a tragedy.

Straight back into action. What a joke. Jimmy is a waste who will eventually kill someone or himself and Vince is scum for promoting this crap. It’s an embarrassment.

I hope there’s some jail time involved. This is what, four or five times that he’s been caught. Over several years. He’s had enough wake up calls to change his behaviour and he hasn’t, so it seems like he doesn’t see anything wrong with drunk-driving. Who knows how many times he’s done this and not gotten caught. He’s put a lot of people’s lives in danger. He’s in his mid-thirties and rich AF, and he should have realised long ago that him thinking he’s fine to drive doesn’t mean he’s actually fine to drive. There’s no valid excuse for this recklessness.
If the police drop the ball and he gets away with it legally, WWE should still step up here. If the guy has a drinking problem, they should be mandating rehab. If he just has an attitude problem of not caring how his actions affect other people, cut him. I’m a big fan of both Usos, but this kind of conduct shouldn’t be tolerated.

No actions will be taken against jimmy due to the fact WWE is planning a storyline with Roman an the rock and USO’s. That’s crazy smh.

This is irritating. He’s not only drives drunk, but he drives like an @$$#ole while drunk. No penalty other than legal penalties. They need to send him to the USO penitentiary.

I keep thinking off talents that were let go for the first offense. And I agree driving drunk plus being a jackhole while doing it doesn’t make things better. Being semi famous you’d think people would learn.
