I’m all for Ricochet/Styles matches, but it’s a Pay-Per-View and it’s a big one. Unless SummerSlam is the blowoff for a big feud, why not give the fans a fresh match-up?
If they didn’t face off at Stomping Grounds 2-3 weeks ago, it’d come off as more of a big deal/special encounter.

This is the second time they did a multi-man number one contender match recently where it involved people who would've given the champion all fresh challenges but instead they went with the guy who just faced the champion.  |
