I know that whatever the future holds for TNA, I still won't care because I still won't watch it. And it's nothing to do with personal distaste (well... it kinda is) but it is the simple fact that they think they are 10 million times bigger than they actually are. Sure they will be running all PPV's outside of Orlando (probably makes Christian wonder why he left the WWE if he's going to be touring again...) but I still probably never heard of any of the arenas they will run in...

TNA wrestler Samoa Joe was recently offered a three-year contract extension from TNA within the past 2 weeks but refused to sign it. TNA has been trying to sign Joe to a new deal for quite some time and is prepared to book him several different ways depending on how the negotiations go. He is currently in a feud with Kurt Angle which will likely lead him to the World Title. Joe has been expecting a raise from TNA and became very angry when he found out the extra money would only come after he signed a three year deal. Joe was punished earlier in the year for making a comment about "tripping over bad booking" (talking about his matches with Kurt Angle). TNA was planning to give him the title earlier in the year but due to Joe's injury and his comments against TNA, plans changed. It is said that Joe is happy in TNA and will likely sign if a reasonable price is worked out. Their is no word on Joe considering a jump to the WWE but do not be surprised to see Joe use the possibility of leavig to gain leverage in the negotiations. Samoa Joe still has 16 months left on his current contract, and while it is a possibility that he might not resign, the current belief is that both sides will have something worked out in the near future. Then why are you posting in the TNA forum?

Hopefully Joe sticks around.

I never understand why people like you say this. TNA has to make themselfs sound like they're the best around, they cant go running around saying "We suck, and have way less money than WWE go watch them, DONT TUNE IN NEXT WEEK cause you fans suck too." TNA wants people to tune in every week, they have to say "we have the best talent, shows, everything"....would you watch a show that only said "we suck, tune in to watch john cena win every match" ? no.. so explain to me why you think TNA should announce to the world that they arent the best in the world and WWE has more everything...

Nash as Comic relief is GOLD Jeff, YOU KNOW THIS I can't deny, this is the truth. Mark and Jay were on one TNA Wednesday Night PPV in 2003, when they were respectively 18 & 19 years of age. The appeared wrestling the Hot Shots(I think) and a run in by someone I forget, I think Abyss ended the match in under 1 minute. Recently TNA offered deals to the Briscoes & McGuinness after news broke of ROH offering all talents contracts for the PPV deal. All three turned down the deals. I must of read a false report. But I know that I did in fact read that TNA was not interested in the Briscoe Brothers at one point. The period of time TNA wasn't interested in the Briscoes ended the day ROH announced they would be signing guys to contracts. Along with Nigel, it was a TNA power play that failed. TNA wrestler Samoa Joe was recently offered a three-year contract extension from TNA within the past 2 weeks but refused to sign it. Credit: the Wrestling Observer Newsletter I've not gotten my issue yet to check the validity of this quote, but I do know there is more to the story that is not in the media. Not to mention Joe is not happy in TNA, he's presently "rolling with the punches." His words, not mine.

TNA needs to come to the north east. And I don't care for Joe personally so I won't be that bothered if he leaves.
