They’ve had me closing a crapload cause me and the assistant manager are the only ones that do it right so I get stuck doing it most of the time and gotta record wrestling but I was able to trade so I worked a morning shift today and could actually watch smacldown live tonight |

After seeing Smackdown tonight, it still feels like there should at least be one more week of TV to get things ready for SummerSlam.
I guess Vince doesn't give a crap anymore, he figures fans will watch SummerSlam because it's WWE, and not because of the matches. He is booking WWE PPV shows now like how WCW booked their shows in 1998 and 1999. Which wasn't good for WCW.

Oh wow, I thought we were going to have Roman Reigns vs Buddy Murphy at Summerslam for a second... And have him job to Roman? No thanks. He hasn’t even had a match on SDL yet. IF this were to happen, they’ll probably have a feud for about 2-3 months with Murphy losing all of them. Which sucks because I love Buddy Murphy. I’d rather him lose to someone like Orton or something on his first match, then bounce right back and win against him and others. At least that’ll build his momentum rather than feuding with Reigns during his first proper main roster run. |
