Nice catch. Also damn...an Elite Razor in that attire would be so sick. Agreed, I always liked this look (and his RR94 look) the best. This would make an awesome elite. They really messed it up trying to do it as a basic. The basic is garbage. I understand not doing the intricate details, but they couldn't even be bothered to make the boots the correct color. I've posted this a million times, but here's a custom SS94 Razor I made years back that I was/am really proud of.     I wish Mattel would just mass produce this because it would by far be my favorite Razor figure. Incredible job dude |

Complete pass for me.
The new diesel headscan is a little better but the whole figure looks too much like the hof one and I don’t need any more diesels

This needs to be an elite or Ultimate Edition. To me, if they knew they couldn't create the design due to budget they just should have went with either his 1993 or 1995 Summer Slam look. |

Mattel should of been released an elite jinder when he was champion/ Mahal went from jobber to champion overnight and his reign was less than 6 months. It takes about a year for a figure to come out once it goes into production. They couldn’t have re-released or repainted an old figure because his look changed greatly from before. Plus there wasn’t much of a demand. Even though he was champion his reign wasn’t well received. He had X-Pac heat. |

Diesel not having one of the three belts is disappointing and a downgrade. It’s also less colorful, but I never found the original WWF champ era Diesel so I’ll take it

Great to see protos of these figures, and nice to have another potential outlet for some more flashbacks. I wonder if this is a one-off set or if there will be a few series?
I will probably only get Asuka and Mahal. I’m happy with my HOF Diesel, and I’m not really feeling that Rey. I might change my mind if I see the Rey in person though.

Diesel It definitely would have been better for the Diesel to have Diesel down the leg maybe we can somehow get a running change to happen where it dose have it put on. but the figure still makes a decent base for a 03 run fix up of him with a few different things.
We really should have gotten a 96 bash at the beach Nash instead in this series and had Diesel as a variant or something.
Jinders look is way better than the one put out with the ring so that's a bonus for everyone that held out on dropping the money right away to get the first one now it's finally here.
Asuka is a decent upgrade since the other 2 it definitely should have been released with the robe what the hell was they thinking about when they decided not to release it with her.
Rey mysterio I don't know why this attire was picked out of everything else because this could have been easily any 2002-2007 era Rey attire instead because that's where a lot of attires of him through them years is missing from for figures mostly it's a huge gap.
Plus we already got a basic one of this years ago and it's almost identical to the elite 15 version as well.
Don't wasn't time on the redos of existing basic attires from 2009-15 its been covered just fill out the gap from the year's missing we need of Rey before something happens and he's not under deal anymore
these attires would also be perfect to do in the top talents elite series line and replace Braun with.

He had X-Pac heat. ok you definitely have a point because he did go from being embarrassed by mojo of all people to number one contender in a week and don’t remember many of his title defenses I just feel like that would of been the time frame where his figures would of sold. |
