I’d be more concerned right now that Target keeps getting case after case of 66 when 69 that has two exclusives should be hitting any week now.

Well in my area most but not all Walmarts have done their reset, stocked their 1 case of E68, that 1 case of E68 has sold out and we are back to 0 elites on the shelf. It's funny when you think about it now the ONLY thing available at ANY of my local Walmarts are a Summerslam Basic Razor Ramon, Miz, and maybe a Bret Hart. My local Target got Ultimate Edition 1 and atleast are keeping the pegs full with Top Talent and E66 and a handful of Basics I can't remember what series. Atleast Target has made the effort to keep the aisle stocked. I hate the fact Walmart has the rights to the Legends in the series which is my main focus. After combing 2 very large counties in South Florida to get a Pat Patterson I'm afraid I'll be doing the same for Gerald Brisco and Gorilla Monsoon in the future. It’s the name of the game. The store exclusives aren’t meant to be super easy to find, otherwise they would be taking up space and sitting to long Understood I get how its supposed to work but really this isn't fair. This isn't figure hunting. its frustrating. There is no "thrill of the hunt" it's going out hoping to find something all the while knowing your chances are next to nothing. I hate to bring up "well back in the old days at TRU" because that horse has been beaten to death. But back then in the bca/ttl era I would go to that same Target, that same Walmart, and when Kmart was around and you could find damn anything that was also at TRU and I mean anything. It may have been $1 more but the point is figures were available everywhere and not all were peg warmers, they moved the figures. Just out of curiosity I'd love to ask a big wig at Mattel or any of these stores why isn't it like that now? These figures have a following and obviously they sell so it's good for business to keep the shelves full and current. I wrote this rant because like I said I see it unfair to us. The collectors who keep these companies going with our purchases. As far as prices go honestly if i want it bad enough I'll buy it from a scalper and be done with it but the truth is it's just nice to walk into a store and have the satisfaction of getting those figures you want.

Yet the stores aren’t getting both We don’t even know if the new set of top picks have been sent out to brick and mortar stores yet. When they had last years, they also had the current main line series...so yes, they get both. Bill explained this before We were told that Top Picks were designed to be ordered constantly all year long because it was specifically what Walmart and Target wanted. The stores did not get in more of the first series, so either they stopped ordering or Mattel sent out all they made.

My walmart are currently stuck in reset hell as far as WWE Elites go. It must drive any scalpers that live near me crazy that the prices of the Pat Patterson have drastically gone down before they even had a chance to get them. It is weird that I was in Walmart the other day and while they had zero elites, they did stock new DC figures. I only noticed because Red Hood caught my eye. I thought the Shazam figures would have stayed until the new DC line was brought in.

I think they ordered tillthey we’re done and the new series is probably being sent to distro centers now. Local targets/Walmart’s in New England and pa got them multiple times.

The resets came and went and as others noticed they simply put out 1 case at each store of Elite 68. I went around today and at 3 different walmarts I only saw Brie Bella. I'll give it another week before I panic, but in past years a reset brought a huge avalanche of toys, not one paltry case of elites. And it is literally only Mattel. The reset brought what looks like a hundred new Marvel Legends at each store. Abundant and plentiful.

They did say they were trying to work out issues with figures clogging shelves for months at a time. Maybe Walmart decided to send one case to stores that don’t sell much. 🤷♂️

It seems like they only stock new WWE stuff like 3 times a year at least at my local stores. Once around Mania season, once in the fall as xmas time approaches and maybe something around black friday though its been some older sets.

The problem is with walmart is when they are going to redo the toy departments. They start sending cases and cases of new mod product over the course of several weeks, maybe even a month or more.
Then whenever each store gets there act together they have the overnight crew take all the stuff that is done for to there designated clearance section.
Then they have all the mod sheets with where all the new stuff goes. So its only 2-3 people, and they usually only get an aisle done a night.
Then and only then do you have a chance of finding new figures, wwe, marvel, etc. So I have seen several stores that have finally got the toy departments done but still no wwe figures on the pegs.
That is when you have to ask someone for help. So when getting help I have found that young males have been the most helpful in getting product out of the backroom and on the shelf.
As for target stores that is a bit of an unknown right now because I have not bought any figures from there stores since the Pete Dunne figure was popping up. But that same strategy applies to then as well and that is how I got one for myself and 2 more to trade.
Use brickseek or popfindr so you know what the store has. Do not be a jerk and do not point out that popfindr say this store says it has "X" amount.
Count what is on the pegs and if it is what's on the peg minus 8 then they got a case. Ask someone to scan the peg and see if they can check in back for you. Most of the time they should help, but not always. If not check tommorrow as soon as possible. If yes always thank the person who helped you out, even if the case is not what you where hoping for.
I really hope target purges out all the old crap like walmart so we all have a fighting chance of buying some new figures. But who knows if that's gonna actually happen or not.

But who knows if that's gonna actually happen or not. neckbeard tactics 101 Hawaiian shirt/ flip flops / small fitting fedora and no deodorant . As soon as doors to target open I can hear the sweaty feet slapping on the leather racing towards the electronics boat demanding figs from the back because brickseeek says so and it is the Bible to collecting . Cant find the chase because the worker is holding it on the side for Felipe the local mex scalper that has a booth at the local flea market that sells the figs for 4X the price . The whole scene is becoming what funko pops is all about ... a bunch of broke asses hoarding the food figs and selling on Facebook or their crapty flea market
