Seems pretty predictable, it's either Drew or Ricochet and i'm leaning towards Ricochet.
Half the reason behind his Summerslam attire is they want to present him as a 'Superhero' So what better way to have him presented as such, than to valiantly beat Mcintyre, Joe, then Corbin, 3 of WWE's 'Biggest Villains'. Plus the 'King Ricochet' gimmick on the indies will give him a character in WWE, other than Mr. Flippy McFlipster.
Alternately, could be Drew vs Owens in the finals, with Owens losing due to outside interference by Shane & Elias.
Either way, i hope they throw the complete swerve and have Cesaro win the whole thing.

Ricochet already has the King Ricochet twitter handle, it only makes sense 🤷♂️

So I'm guessing the quarter finals will be:
Joe vs Riccochet Zayn vs Miz Owens vs Ali Gable vs Andrade
Then the semis will be:
Joe vs Miz Owens vs Andrade
And then we get Joe vs Owens in the final with Shane screwing Owens and Joe winning.

Kevin Owens vs Drew McIntyre in the finals you heard it here first folks! I think Drew will defeat Owens to win it all. Soon as they announced KOTR my money was on Drew before he was even announced. They clearly wanna do something with him but don't want a belt on him for whatever reason winning this seems logical.

And why is this not back to being a PPV again?

I really think they are setting Cedric up to at least make the finals by beating drew.

This could turn into a good tournament, hope they do something with the winner.

And why is this not back to being a PPV again? Because there was no more room on the schedule, and "Stomping Ground" was a much more enticing concept lol

And why is this not back to being a PPV again? It was never very successful as a PPV, and they probably only decided to bring it back about a week ago.

I want the winner of this tournament to get a title shot at either the WWE Universal Championship or the WWE Championship but knowing WWE this event will probably do nothing for whoever wins it

no matter who wins the joe/cesaro match, people will cry about the loser getting buried.

I have my favorites but literally anyone but Corbin is a good pick imo.

King Ricochet. They love him. Also a way to make his head even more shiny. He needs to become King Ricochet again. He can also put the mask back on and become Puma King.

I think the winner of Ricochet vs McIntyre tonight will be going to the finals. Drew was my (and many other's) first pick, but I'm getting more and more worried he might be one and done after tonight. Ricochet and Joe have history. And with Owens out, I think a Ricochet vs Almas finals sounds appealing.

Why do I get the feeling WWE will give the win to Baron Corbin? I mean Corbin more or less has an easy road to the Finals on the RAW side of the bracket because he faces Cedric in the next round which is pretty much a guaranteed win and then he will face either Joe or Ricochet in the 3rd Round most likely Ricochet and beat him.
Smackdown side of the bracket is pretty predictable
Gable will beat Benjamin
Ali will beat Buddy Murphy either cleanly or Rowan/Bryan will get involved and cost Murphy
Andrade will then face Gable next round and beat him
Elias vs Ali will end in an Ali win because either R Truth will get involved because of the whole 24/7 Title business costing Elias or Kevin Owens will return the favor and screw Elias
Then your 3rd Round on the Smackdown side of things will be Andrade vs Ali
Andrade will then beat Ali to go to the Finals
Then your 2019 King of the Ring Final will be Andrade (Smackdown Live) vs Corbin (RAW)
