We ( marino13 idea) had something like this last year . Like a book of the month club. We’d vote on a PPV then watch and discuss it. It was twice a month but it died after a few months. Which was a shame because it was something fun. Hopefully yours will get better traction.

I'll do my best to make it work.

Love that December 2008 cutoff date, LOL. Ill join in...if I have the DVD. Glad to have ya aboard brotha! If you have the Network it would be easier. I'll most likely use it as finding a show in my vast archives is a pain lol.
Either way though, DVD/YouTube or Network are the options.

Not sure as we have a lot of stuff to get done before our daughter flies back to school in September. Her and my wife flew out there last Thursday to move her out of her dorm and into the house she and her friend are staying in this year. Then they flew back Monday night. And she will be home for her 21 birthday on the 7th and then fly back to London within a few days after that for the start of her classes on the 13th. But from now until then there’s a lot of stuff we need to get done as well as things she wants to do before she goes back and it seems the weekends will be when we do most. But if I can I will.

Great idea I will not be able to watch along live, but I would love to be part of the discussion.
I have said many times on here, but 1989 was the year I discovered the WWf so I did not see WrestleMania III until 90-91. I got the Silver Vision VHS here in the UK for Easter (I always got a video tape for Easter for some reason) and I loved the hell out of this tape. Of course Savage vs Steamboat is a classic that I feel still holds up to this day. As a kid though. Piper vs Adonis and Honkey Tonk Man vs Jake the Snake Robberts (especially as my dad loved Alice Cooper) were two matches from this show that I really loved too.
One of my favourite memories of this event is not so much to do with WrestleMania III itself, but the LJN bendies figures. Here in the UK in 1990-1991 you could get the LJN Benidies I have heard in many different discount stores. I grew up in Fife, Scotland and there was this big discount store called, What Everyone Wants. My mum used to drag me in there, I would look at the toys and then never had "new" toys, especially Hasbro's. One day though they had LJN Bendies and they must have had over 100 figures! I hand on heart cannot tell you how much they were, but they were cheap enough that I got a complete set of who they had, which i am sure was pretty much every figure. I got these along with a knock-off ring. I was sure it was the official ring, but it was this red, white and blue "American wrestling" ring that they were selling with these figures.
Thanks to the WrestleMania III VHS tape I had, I was able to recreate many matches from that show with my LJN Bendies figures, I loved the hell out of those figures and eventually they stayed at my grandparents and I would just play with those when I stayed there on a Friday night instead of taking my Hasbros.

I’m pretty sure “what everyone wants” was where I got a load of thumb wrestlers from. Big John Studd, Hillbilly Jim etc. I never knew who they were at the time but they were pretty cool. Was it the store on Kirkcaldy high street you went to?
