So they went to the old Piper's Pit Snuka fued well with Orton reading a letter from Kofi's son begging him to leave his dad alone. lol Guess it does make sense to use the son of Piper's old sidekick if they're gonna reboot that.

I thought that was a really good episode. Great Ali vs Buddy Match, decent Bayley match, Big E showing again that someday he will be a very big deal and a very good Gable vs Shelton four minute match. They have really booked a great KOTR so far. You really haven’t been sure of anything. The Smackdown final will be a little predictable now cause I just don’t see Gable beating Andrade or Elias teaching the finals. But you could easily see the raw final being Joe and Cedric or Corbin and Ricochet. Andrade has been my pick from the start so he will remain that way.

Good SD overall. But...
I'm kinda disappointed that Murphy lost. I love Ali, but after defeating Bryan clean last week, I was looking forward to seeing his star continue to rise. Fantastic match regardless.
And I was hoping for much more from Gable/Shelton.
Most importantly... WHERE IS ALEISTER BLACK!!?? If nothing else book him in a 10 second squash match to remind people who he is.

If nothing else book him in a 10 second squash match to remind people who he is. I like that they keep Aleister’s appearances occasional. Back when he was on every Raw and SmackDown for a month or two before WrestleMania, he lost a lot of the mystique. I don’t think the way they’re doing it is perfect, but I’d rather him stay as a special attraction at least until he’s feuded with The Fiend. |

Yea personally I’m bummed we don’t see him more, however from a character standpoint and just standing out this works better. He won’t appear unless there is a reason to. He doesn’t fight unless someone challenges him or he has a reason to. It will have a lot more impact when say in a few months he pops up to challenge Nakamura, something like that. |

I've been pushing for Reigns to do a slow heel burn since he came back. And what better way to draw eyes to Smackdown on cable than giving this generation's fans something they haven't seen: showing you have the balls to turn a stale guy who you've incessantly pushed as the top face . Doubt it though. |
