Any reason given as to why they removed the headset from Monsoon?!
Was it eating up too much of the budget or they just felt that the figure came with too many accessories so they had to remove something??
If they had to remove something it should have been the extra hands as those aren't really needed IMO.

I was excited to finally get an official Mattel headset. Oh well hopefully they place it elsewhere.

Man, Mattel is on point with their head scans as of late. The fx paint has certainly helped by leaps and bounds. Sure about that?  Meh...the positives still greatly outweigh the negatives. |

That Goldberg also has a brand new head sculpt.  I usually hate non-straightfaced headscans. But this captures Goldberg perfectly. I always remember this studio shot that was often used in Jakks packaging. Definitely buying this figure.  |

I was talking to the marketing manager for mattel and here’s some questions I ask and the answers I got . Me: “when a guy signs a legends deal, does somebody from wwe let y’all know when it happens? “ Marketing Manager: “Yeah, we get regular updates and we have weekly calls.” Me: “Any surprises of guys from the late 80s to 90s that we haven’t got yet?” Marketing Manager: “ Yeah and we’re always working with WWE to get fresh Legends.” Me: “Is there any guys who have legend deals that y’all just haven’t made yet.?” Marketing manager: “ They’re names that haven’t been made yet.” Me: “ Any reasoning to removing the headset from Gorilla Monsoon? Is it gonna be coming with another figure?” Marketing Manager: “ He was moved forward and there wasn’t time to tool it, it will likely come later.” Can’t remember his name, but he’s awesome to chat with, actually answers your questions the best way possible. Maybe he doesn’t mind for me to share some of these questions. Was his name Perspiring William? |

I think it's Corporate Steve, it's so unique that the crew making the figures actually talk to people, I try to talk to submit suggestions to Hasbro and Bandai and they reply with polite cease and desist letters. All I want is the correct color on a figure and they give me finger and they ship out the incorrect figure anyways(SS4 Gogeta). |
