Any reason why Ishii came before Naito, that shocked me. Naito is one of the big 3. Is Andre the Giant coming like the YouTube video alluded to? Andre The Giant is coming, but not as a part of NJPW. He's gonna have his own line. That is so exciting. I can never have enough Andres.

Just because they struck a deal with Andre's estate doesn't mean they'd try to license Vader.

I need a Shingo in Dragon outfit. I would like to know if a ring and stage is possible. Looking at the Snake Mountain set, clearly large playsets are doable if they can be sourced and crowd funded. My question is, are there plans for a scale ring, and if so, would you do research in making it accurate but smaller than the RSR from Mattel. I think 18x18 is about the right size if not 17x17.

there is great potential there if they can get licenses on these big gaps we have in the mattel line like steiners, raven, sabu, sandman,... even legends like el santo, blue demon, mil mascaras, inoki, baba,... if the produce on demand with the preorder system and charging 45 or 50 per figure, I think that could be a big win-win

Is there any chance that we'll get to see pictures of the NYCC prototypes, or will the next release-approved pictures be ones of the final product once it goes into production?

My question is, are there plans for a scale ring, and if so, would you do research in making it accurate but smaller than the RSR from Mattel. I think 18x18 is about the right size if not 17x17. TJ said earlier in this thread that a ring is possible if the line gets enough support. there is great potential there if they can get licenses on these big gaps we have in the mattel line like steiners, raven, sabu, sandman,... even legends like el santo, blue demon, mil mascaras, inoki, baba,... if the produce on demand with the preorder system and charging 45 or 50 per figure, I think that could be a big win-win Y'all really have to stop with this kind of stuff. A company doing modern New Japan figures (or Storm doing Liger for that matter) doesn't mean they're going to try to license Sandman or the Steiners or Buff Bagwell. It's super annoying reading this thread and the Liger one and seeing people jumping to conclusions that companies doing one type of wrestling figure means they're interested or willing to bother licensing guys who are even more niche than what they're currently producing. Having said that, there's a chance for Blue Demon in the Legends of Lucha Libre line from Boss Fight. Blue Demon Jr. is signed with Masked Republic so maybe he could get his dad in on the deal too.

I pre-ordered as well, and I'm in for any and every figure Super7 makes for this line.
I think my biggest wants right now would be Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa. It would be awesome if they came with alternate face-painted heads.

I complete the full set today! I’m excited to see the packaging art as we get closer to the date.
I’m curious to know if the ringside pre order closes in December as well. If not I’m going to consider a 2nd set to keep MOC

I want these figures but have no extra money this month to pre-order any. It makes me sad if I will not be able to buy these when they come out next year. I was told at an early age as a Cleveland sports fan to "learn to live with disappointment". After several years of losing, I know what that means. This occasion is no different.

@ Super7TJ Just for confirmation's sake, do these figures have single or double jointed knees? Put my order in for a Tana.

The two heads show above seem to have identical facial expressions...

Not a fan of the similar head sculpts. Would have preferred one to be growling or screaming, and he needs wrist tape. Other than that, I love it.
