So Super7 have Thundercats going up on 1/6. Given the rotation they seem to be going with, it'll be TMNT again in February and then New Japan in March?

Yep it looks like it, but I think we should wait the "official" news because I remember it was based on how much the first wave sold. Also I saw the other Super7 series (like Conan and André The Giant) and I'm pretty amazed by the facescan on those figures. Really impressive! I hope with the hype of Wrestle Kingdom we'll get release date and new images/info too, maybe see those beautiful belts! |

If WK is to be believed, this line needs 100% more tranquilo in Series 2 *hint hint* I've had a sneaking suspicion he was always planned for wave two, especially after we saw the lineup for wave 1. Hopefully he comes with both belts. |

They can't do Liger, it was confirmed a while back that the rights to him are different because of the anime company that owns the character and Storm wound up with those rights. I wouldn't get my hopes up for Muto either, since he'd have to be licensed individually and this line (at least right now) is about current talent only. Shibata is one that could easily get made, it's just a matter of S7 pitching him and getting approval. Suzuki is a freelancer so he probably wouldn't make the cut unless he signs a contract soon but he's one I'd absolutely love to have. The rumor I heard was the FTC deals are for two years, so Tama Tonga might not be doable just yet, but I don't remember when that deal was announced or when the POS figure they did was released. My guess would be Naito, Ibushi, either SANADA or EVIL and then Ishimori as the junior heavyweight in the set. It might be too early for Hiromu since he just returned, but I wouldn't complain about getting him. He's an easy preorder for me. |

I know there are a lot more of series/franchise more important than NJPW but no news/ not even final product or maybe title belts photos? I saw Thundercat got a lot of images and coverage, I was hoping to see the same for NJPW  |

If there’s a series 2 I’d imagine it will have Naito, Ibushi, ZSJ, & Switchblade

I really want to pre-order these on Ringside but I just can’t bring myself to do it. I've just been waiting on my tax return, and I'm gonna pull the trigger on the whole series, both Liger's, plus the Pentagon/Fenix figures that are up for preorder on Boss Fight. Honestly, if it wasn't for my tax refund, I probably wouldn't be able to do it, cuz it's a huge chunk of change for me. The proto pics look awesome, so I'm hoping the final product is just as good. As far as Series 2, ideally, I'd love to see Naito with removable hat, shirt, maybe even the removable suit he wears; no need for him to come with the title belts, as we're getting them in series 1. Other than that, ZSJ with the British belt, and I'm really crossing my fingers for Suzuki. Other than those 3 being must-have, I'd gladly take either Ibushi, Jay White, Sanada, Evil, or Hiromu as the 4th... |

Ninja Turtles Ultimates wave 2 goes up today, so another month away for the next wave of New Japan figures unless they surprise us with a showing at Toy Fair. I really hope they branch out eventually if these guys sell well enough to sign some of the other Japanese wrestling legends,

I'm considering getting the movie figures but adding in Bebop and Rocksteady from the Ultimate line (but only if the scale is close). |
