Kyle O'Reilly is one of the best wrestlers in the entire world and I won't let anyone tell me different I mean the dude has obviously accomplished a bunch in NXT and is being used really well there. reDRagon is the bees knees. For real though, O'Reilly is low-key maybe the best guy on that whole roster. Which is really saying something considering how many great wrestlers are on it.

I thought the ending was great. The Triple Threat, ME, and Reed/Thorne were too.

I have loved NXt the last two weeks. I will admit that I was starting to lose interest a bit. I just wish they would go back to putting it on the WWE Network on a Thursday/Friday. The way it is now I have to watch it on my freaking laptop which sucks when I have a 55 inch 4K Tv!
I am still surprised more people did not kick up a fuss over the dick move the WWE did to us UK fans over NXT!

I remember him saying before he didn't want to go to the main roster. I guess now that they aren't doing house shows and probably won't be for a long time (and not as many even if they do start again), that probably changed his opinion, since the schedule was the reason.

I really dug the whole episode and even the McAfee/Cole stuff until the end. At the end of the day someone who isn't a wrestler just KOed your longest reigning NXT Champion. Albeit, he's a very accomplished punter and it was a cheap shot, but still. That said a lot of my criticism goes away if once they face Cole beats him easily. If it's a competitive match though? You're making a lot of people look weak IMO.
Ridge Holland is already one of my new favorites.

Bold of NXT to put the child groomer back on television and not put him in a prison

Good episode.
Haven't seen flash paper used since Hogan & Warrior screwed it up in wCw. Very old school, but it worked.
Still say EVERYTHING with Escobar is booked perfectly.
I'm not feeling Gargano or Candice as heels.
Not sure how I feel about Dream being back.
Grimes has been entertaining lately, so I'm okay he won. Kushida needs a big win soon though.

NXT bringing Velveteen Dream back just in time for Back to School season. I see what you did there. I am not a fan of the Vevleteen Dream at all.

I won't lie hearing about Killer Kross/Lee's feud is what brought me here
- love Kross' portrayal and that his character isn't cartoony. not used to seeing without facial hair lol - Keith Lee is the real deal. dude is a fridge - didn't mind the flame spot. wasn't really needed but if they're going full on supernatural with scarlet and kross then it works - Killian Dane is like the legit version of Corbin when he was the wolf gimmick, complete with the nuked hairline - I just realized that's rockstar spud that he's against - holy crap they have long commercial breaks! - UE destroying everyone is fun. fantastic group. Cole can talk, too - Cameron Grimes is as cringe as Corbin - Escobar's a solid heel. don't see the need for Breeze personally. - can't say I enjoyed Ridge Holland's strange promo. looks like a strong in ring talent though - what does Finn being on NXT even mean? he failed at the main roster? or it's now an equal place to be and a development at same time? strange place to be in his career but at least he gets strong programs - Bronson Reed is a large man, yeesh. - gargano segment was strange - Dream is still employed? hmm crazy, he wasn't guilty of the accusations then? - that top rope flying armbar was something - Cameron wins nooooooo - wild energy by Velveteen and a good face off to finish it
fun show!

Kross and Scarlet are still the most overhyped thing in NXT.
Kross has no business being in the main event picture.

Well that was polarizing as f***. The things I dug, I dug, and the things I didn't care for, I freaking despised. Kross thing was all ok I guess, but Burch looked off tonight. I mean he was just there to be a pilon anyways, but he didn't look like himself. I'm at least glad the flash paper went off because I was wondering wtf kind of signature Kross was putting on that paper. Glad to see it was intentional lol. 90% of the Drake match in commercial then UE randomly runs out to kill the match just to cut a promo? A match that made no sense to begin with. Promo itself was great of course, and I'm glad to see the UE back to being serious, but why even bother with the match? It did Dain and Drake a disservice, more harm than good really. It would have been fine to just cut a promo segment there without a match. Escobar match was really good, no real complaints there. Again, I'm just happy the Cruiserweight scene is being taken seriously for a change. Indi-Mia was good, I'm a huge Indi fan so getting her on TV more and more is a-ok with me. Looking forward to her development. Priest and Bronson was really good. Match of the night by far. Women's tag match was fine. nothing special but it didn't need to be. There's a ton they can do with this Robert Stone story, hopefully they take advantage and get really in depth with it. So many things they can do with it still, especially with Mercedez now. They better be 1000% sure Dream is in the clear, because good god are they going to look bad if it turns out otherwise. I hated the finish to that match though. I'm ok with Grimes, but Kushida was the best thing in that match by a mile and a half, carried the entire match, and gets rewarded by eating the pin and not even getting the redemption match. Sweet. He must love living in the USA because he clearly didn't come here for the career prospects. Come a long way down from wrestling in the Dome over the Jr. Heavyweight title. He's too good to be used like this. That probably left a more sour taste than anything on this show. I am glad Dream didn't win though. I assumed they were punting him all over the place just to have him sneak the win at the end. Glad it didn't go that way.
Not crazy about Ridge and Johnny facing next week, I feel like neither of them can really afford to lose that match. Same for Dream-Finn really. I mean, I suppose well booked matches and stories should feel like that, but given this companies track record of going cold on people, that means something else here.
Weird night. Overall I didn't think this week was very good compared to the last few. Stone still shines, I dug the Candace/Johnny promos, and I low-key am in love with their house (If that was their actual house. I'd assume so, cuz why not). Bronson/Damien was fantastic, really enjoyed that. Indi/Mia was good as was Escobar/Breeze. For the larger stories though, Kross, UE nuking a match for an otherwise good promo, triple threat finish, I dunno, I really didn't like the approaches with any of that, and bringing Dream back right now, hoo boy. They better be damn sure he's clean.

For real tho. The bedrocks of democracy are being eroded before our very eyes. The rights and freedoms that each person should be allowed to enjoy are being challenged around the globe. Complacency and ignorance of the masses are being exploited by malicious entities to peddle lies and nonsense to advance their own self-serving causes.
But the most spinechilling thing I've witnessed is a cable network acknowledging the use of racial stereotypes in a blockbuster action comedy of yore.

I wasn't sold on Kross at first but I guess I'm in the minority that's been living his NXT run so far?
I do think it's far too early for him to be in the NXT title scene though. That's not gonna do him any favours, especially when feuding with the popular Keith Lee. I'm not massive on Keith but even if say it's far too early for him to be losing the belt.
Also, pissed Kushida never qualified. I like that they're giving all these guys a chance with the North American title match, but the lineup is slightly underwhelming for a ladder match (I'm assuming it's Holland and Balor that qualify). They've set the bar extremely high with their last multi man ladder match for the title; no pressure boys...

For some positive news, Shotzi Blackheart's car was found, and they left her things, so she still has her helmet!
