The way I see it, there are 3 paths they can go down.
1 - Giulia wins. This is the correct path.
2 - Cora Jade returns to help Roxanne win, this doesn't sit right with Vaquer, we get Giulia/Vaquer vs Cora/Roxanne either at some NXT episode or Halloween Havoc. Giulia/Vaquer win, leading to a match between Vaquer and Cora and a rematch between Giulia v Roxanne where Giulia wins the title.
3 - Roxanne wins clean and I quit watching wrestling forever.

Either Giulia sends Roxanne to the lord tonight or Cora Jade returns in Chicago and helps Roxanne escape with the belt.
As for Ego/Trick, seems pretty obvious Trick wins.
