Got to thinking tonight about war games. Anyone think dream will be the 4th member? I mean it would make sense since UE took him out weeks ago and he has a bone to pick with them. Doesn't he still have that injury he's out with for a while longer? Was that not just a storyline? Didn’t think he was legit injured.

Return of the Wild Card rule in 3...2...1 No no, with the wild card rule we have to make up an arbitrary limit of how many people can cross over. Now, it can just be called an "invasion" and all bets are off! "What's X doing here in NXT?" -- Mauro "Clearly X has some unfinished business here" -- Beth "Rap reference simile, Mama Mia, X has arrived in N.X.T." - Mauro Rinse and repeat.

just came out today, NXT had more viewers this week than AEW, and AEW has lost about half their total viewership compared to week 1

Let's not go down the "war" road here. Nobody wins. Both shows do well every week and Wednesdays are freaking awesome. The end.
The thing that worries me about this ratings jump for NXT, is that it suggests having a bunch of main roster appearances is helping. I get that it's the survivor series build, but the screwy finishes and constant brand fights were super super annoying, and got in the way of some pretty good wrestling. One was fine, Becky/Rhea couldn't have a legit finish, but ricochet could easily have lost to riddle.
Revival/undisputed was obviously freaking amazing. If revival actually resign they'd be a lot happier in NXT. (which I really doubt they will. If I'm being perfectly honest I think their best home isn't even AEW but rather new Japan)

This was definitely my favourite NXT episode since they went live for 2 hours. All the matches made sense and mattered. Candace/Kai was every bit as good as I would have expected. Hell I'll go one further and say better than I expected, considering they let them go for like 15+. Rhea is a freaking boss. Get the feeling Shayna's going up right away though. If she wasn't I feel like they'd save the belt change for a takeover, but I'm guessing they want to get it off Shayna in time for her to be on main roster for at least a few weeks before winning the rumble.

Cole / Balor / Ciampa would be good.

Allegedly Vince likes Shayna, but what if he got more impressed with Rhea over the last week and she gets called up instead? Or maybe they continue the push for nxt to be a main brand and both women stay where they are, with one of them winning the Rumble regardless?

I think the way the past few weeks of NXT and the Survivor Series angles played out, my first suggestion is what they have originally planned, but that doesn't really mean anything in Vince world. He could decide on any of these 3 options. The other question if he went for the 3rd option, if someone wins the rumble, and challenge for the NXT belt, do they still get to fight for it at Wrestlemania?

Man, once again Keith Lee was the star that shined brightest tonight. Rhea is a close second.
Another good episode tonight.

Keith Lee is really coming into his own now. Overall wasn't my favourite episode. I just don't get the constant repeats. Like Killain shows up looking to start a new feud with anybody, so lets bring out the Bruiserweight even though they've been doing the Dain/Priest/Dunne triangle for like a month and a half?? We just had war games, better have 6 of the 8 fight again right away. Kushida/Grimes was great though. Loved the swerve having Grimes come out and just take his place in the match.
