First off I honestly don’t thought all remaining Sears stores closed about 2 years ago so I didn’t even know they were still in business. And secondly I doubt everyone’s orders were canceled. A few people on this website or a bunch on Instagram probably isn’t all their orders. If they never took your money or if they did and refunded it then that’s just how the cookie crumbles sometimes in life. Does it suck? Sure, there’s no harm and no foul.

Sadly it's true that everyone's order was canceled. I'm in the Major WF pod facebook group, which is where it initially spread like wildfire. There's more than 500 people in the group and most of us placed 1-2 orders once we realized what was going on. They were advertising RSC stock but at 50 percent off, it was pretty insane. But as RSC themselves said, nobody knows why Sears does what it does. They accepted the orders, processed them, took our money and then two days later canceled them and started preparing refunds. I wasn't at all surprised because it seemed far too good to be true, but it was still annoying nonetheless how they handled it.

Guess that explains why there were a lot of upset buyers.

My order was cancelled, I reached out to them to inquire why and they confirmed it was a pricing error on their part but would honor the same prices and place a new order for me. The customer service rep is insisting the new order will not be cancelled but we shall see.

Guess that explains why there were a lot of upset buyers. Yeah. It was a pretty wild morning of "Wait, what is this??" to "Ooh they have ALL OF THIS AT 50 PERCENT OFF" to "OMG this also have this, and I'm buying this, etc., etc." haha. I figured all along there was only like a 50 percent chance of them being fulfilled so whatever. It was initially disappointing because according to other folks who frequent the Sears site normally, they've all had their orders fulfilled before. But clearly Sears pretty quickly realized they really screwed the pooch here and just canceled them all. It's too bad, I really wanted that lot of 20 RSC Hasbro cases for half off, lol ...

Just as a quick update, I picked up my Sears order today. For those who had their orders cancelled, may not hurt to reach out and see if they will place a new order for you and honor the sales prices.

Yeah, my order was canceled. I had ordered a bunch of Retros.
They sent me an apologetic email stating that it was canceled, and refunded my money to my PayPal account a day later.
But do you know what? It's cool. These things happen. I'm not going to whine or cry, or demand that they owe me something, or complain about 'em on every message board I'm on.
They couldn't fulfill it, so they gave me my money back. I'm out nothing.
I've had place cancel plenty of online orders on me with NO notification. Heck, once I got an email & app notification from a Target across town that my order was ready for pick up, so I drove over there. Once there, they couldn't find my order in the system. It had been canceled on their end, but the notifications went out anyway. About an hour later, I got an email from Target stating when I should expect my refund, because *I* canceled the order??? (It was, at the time, a highly-sought after thing, so I suspect that an employee just decided to keep it for himself)
TL;DR version: Yes, my order was canceled. No, it's not worth having a fit over.

I saw someone did a story time on YouTube stating that Ringside was lying about this and that, I know he checked out this forum on the down low and I am not going to mention his YouTube chanell name cause I heard him mention a reply I made on here on one of his rants on this channel.
