For the Women's Tag Titles whoever holds them can appear on both shows, that's fair just like how whoever the WWE 24/7 Champion is, should be on both shows. They are the only exceptions to the rule. Everyone else should be restricted to their own show.
Now as for how the Rest of the Draft will play out, if RAW gets 2 picks and Smackdown gets 3 picks similarly to how Smackdown yesterday got 2 picks and RAW got 3 picks per Round, then how I see it playing out:
Next Round on RAW
RAW gets WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins
Smackdown gets Kevin Owens
RAW gets New Day
Smackdown gets WWE Champion Brock Lesnar
Smackdown gets Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Revival

I have no problem having split brands but do it behind scenes. A televised draft is capricious. Raw is drafting people to wrestling eachother and sd is drafting people to their side to wrestle one another.
Even If there was one entity that ruled over wwe, aew etc and there was a free agent pool a televised work draft still doesn’t make sense bc wwe guys would only wrestle eachother and aew guys would only wrestle eachother.
In conclusion, drafts only make sense if there is a governing body over a team sport where each team is independently owned and operated.

The only part about the draft that doesn't make sense is the fact that WWE is fighting WWE because of it. It's like if the chefs traded with the waiters at a resturant. Doesn't make much sense.

Having it even been confirmed that the Wild Card rule is ending? Surely they would continue to have the Womens tag and 24/7 title on both shows. Fox seems to think so: We'll see how long this lasts.
